In this episode (brought to you by CRMUG), we are joined by Ken Lorenz from Riva. Microsoft Dynamics 365 includes robust integration with Microsoft Exchange and Outlook, including the ability to track and synchronize emails, appointments, tasks, and contacts. For many users, the standard Exchange integration is fantastic; however, some common scenarios call for integration methods that deviate from the standard Dynamics 365 activity tracking capabilities. We discuss how Riva can extend the standard integration, how you can use both D365 server side synchronization and Riva to address various user scenarios, and the new delegate/category tracking features in Dynamics 365. Ken also talks about how Riva does more than Exchange synchronization and can deliver insights about relationships for people in Outlook.
