I had the pleasure of talking with Todd VanHooser of laughing Moon Productions the other night. Todd is an Arizona-based author with Midwestern roots. In addition to being a writer he has also designed Adventures Under the Laughing Moon—a tabletop role-playing game based on his fantasy series and set in the world of Mythren. This is a world he has been developing for more than twenty years with rich characters, compelling conflicts and a long history with many footprints in the sand. Over the years, this series has expanded to include novels, short stories, comic books, and original character and creature designs showcased at pop culture and comic conventions. His latest project is a tabletop RPG setting called Wheelhouse. This game offers both new and veteran players a glimpse into the apocalyptic future of the Laughing Moon world and provides a whole new context for storytelling and adventures. http://www.toddvanhooser.com/ https://www.facebook.com/laughingmoonchronicles/ https://twitter.com/WheelhouseRPG https://www.twitch.tv/wheelhouserpg https://www.instagram.com/wheelhouseRPG/ https://www.birdscoffeecompany.com/coffees/legends-of-tabletop-legendary-brew Use Code Legends10 to get 10% off your order Theme music created by Brett Miller http://www.brettmillermusic.net/

Joseph and I went to DarkCon this weekend.  Our friend Gini Koch was the Author Guest of Honor, and we went to help her out and offer whatever support we could.  In the process we got to hang out with many other fun people, some old, some new.   Follow along as we talk about the whole thing, including some moments where "You are there!".   Thank you for helping us grow, and please comment or ask questions.   (if you have a spare moment, hey, a 5-star review on iTunes would be fantastic!) and also check out the links below.  They are filled with goodness...   Gini Koch - www.ginikoch.com/ Tina Williams - thebloggoddess.com/                         - www.theaccidentalwriter.com/ Marsheila Rockwell - marsheilarockwell.com/ Terry Smith - tlsmith-sfauthor.blogspot.com/ ScreamQueenz - screamqueenz.com/ Darryl Dawson - www.darryldawsonbooks.com/ Todd VanHooser - www.toddvanhooser.com/todd1_002.htm/ Red Nebula Studios - www.rednebulastudios.com/ (look!  It is the Spidergoyle!)
