I talk about the woes of Black creators getting screwed over when these things are all said and done. I talk about people who create needing to move as a Collective Cooperative when systems keep individuals out. I talk about unprofessionalism that could keep Black Creatprs from reaching certain levels/people. I talk about how rare it is for a person like Issa Rae to have gone from YouTube to HBO. I talk about how the people we might idolize have almost NEVER moved on their own. I talk about how people have unfair advantages, luck, and access that take them from point A to point B. So in this episode, I talk about my issues with being able to find mid-level information for a business that I'm working on. I talk about a possible communication error in expressing my value proposition and the effects that that might have moving forward.

I discuss being swindled once again. I also talk about subtle unethical things that I have seen all of the people I know that have a lot of mony liquidated seem to have. I talk about anxiety around sucess. I also talk about anxiety in failure. I talk about if failures are even actually failures.

Essentially, I talk about how sucks that's takes patience and time and drive. You need to be efficient with your strategies to get the most amount of sucks as and the least amount of time, but in general, it's going to take work. Stop trying to rush the process that was never short to begin with. Stop looking at other people's plates and worry about what's on yours. Also you can't compare apples to oranges. If you and someone else are two different spaces with two different resources, you can't even beat yourself up about something that isn't even possible.
