After taking two or so months off, the Conversations With Cat Boxing podcast returns... slow like.

A ill-fated trip to the Apple Store, too low-brow for high end coffee, the ol’ “don’t bring nails if you don’t have a hammer” analogy, a good reason why people drink on dates, watching the last season of Kimmy Schmidt under duress...

Speaking of losing weight, there is an array of technology out there to help you, but at what cost... also, I wanted to discuss my Facebook getting hacked as I was too distracted the first time... so pretty much a straight forward telling of it.

The holidays are over, but the aftermath still looms over you, perhaps take yourself out for a walk... also, what exactly do people mean they they say “there is no such thing as bored just boring people?” By the way, those people sound like assholes... though they may have a slight point...

This one is a dark one, so if you skip it I won’t blame you. However, this is a good warning of the dangers of alcohol... though not exactly happy go lucky.

Just how important is sleep to me? Also my Facebook account was attacked from 7,532 miles away, and the joys of being single on Martin Luther King Jr. Day...

This podcast gets a bit more topical than usual as I briefly discuss the recently released Hulu documentary based on the Fyre festival, and the formal host of “To Catch a Predator” and his recent legal woes.

While everyone this time of year, stops going to the gym, ramps up their smoking and starts to eat carbs again, I never stopped...

The Deplorables Tour is coming to a city near you... not unlike chlamydia from a business man stopping off from Las Vegas in town for business (which is far more humorous than anything you’ll hear on that tour I promise you. ) This is one of the first podcast where I add media to... hence the glitch in the middle.

(NOTE: a major mistake in the beginning when I say “July” and not “January” I apologize for this blunder as I’ve obviously published this even after hearing it twice!) With temperatures dropping, the homeless population are seeking warmer spots, some still in the open and visible... which is not at all a bad thing... CORRECTION: the documentary I’ve mentioned in this piece is called “Dark Days” (not Dark Times). And it’s about a homeless population in New York who were being evicted from a train tunnel. It was directed by Marc Singer, soundtrack by DJ Shadow.

I had re-recorded this episode due to the rushed and overly harsh overtones from the original recording... granted I’m half asleep, still... this episode covers how social media is dictating how we process the news, so I have an opinion or two... this one is a bit of a rambling mess, enjoy...
