Gabriela shares her recipe for making almond crackers using the almond pulp left over from making homemade almond milk. To make approximately 24 4 cm x 4 cm crackers, you will need: the almond pulp left over from blending and filtering 1 cup (240 ml) of whole almonds 40 ml of flax seeds, ground 50 ml of flavorful olive oil salt, to taste dried herbs, cinnamon, turmeric, honey, or your choice of additional flavoring (optional)
