Jade has made it her mission to redesign her industry, creating beautiful shared and serviced accommodation while championing women in a very male category.

This week Bekki's guests are Karen and Simon Wallis-Smith, directors of Fritz Fryer lighting. They aim to start conversations with young people around mental health topics like perfectionism, social media and independence.
