Lafayette, Louisiana native Jermaine Martin joins the crew to share his sports journey and discuss how he became one of the best athletes in Louisiana in the late 90's despite the doubters doubting him because of his physical stature. Nicknamed Flea for his cat-like quickness in college, Jermaine was inducted into the McNeese State Hall Of Fame in 2018. Check out his story.

Nekia was never looked at as the best athlete growing up but that never shook her strong mindset. Nekia understood early on that she would always have to prove herself to show she belonged in sports. All three athletes were all-state and district MVP at one point in time during their high school career, they were also all on the defensive side off the ball for the gators for three years together.

With a record of 32-4, the 2019 - 2020 LaGrange High Lady Gator who at one point in year were ranked 25th in the Nation capped off a phenomenal season with the school's first state championship in the city of Lake Charles, LA where the home of the gator reside. They share with us the journey from Kenneth Sr. putting family first giving up his collegiate career at Northwestern State University to him raising a 5’6 140 lb kid who barely played on his high school football team under the Friday Night Lights to now playing defensive back in the Southeastern Conference on Saturdays.
