Not reacting to something doesn’t mean you don’t care. Learning how to handle yourself in sticky situations without cutting up! Nutting up ! Popping off ! Takes time and sometimes takes a new environment so that you can heal. It’s hard to be calm when you feel attacked. Sometimes people give you no choice to where you need to defend yourself. Before you do such ask yourself .... is it that serious ? If you honestly feel like it is SPEAK YOUR PEACE!!!! if it’s not take your anger and be mature about it !completely walk away from the bullshit. You gotta be better for you ...NOT for mark or Tiffany....when your tryna be better for yourself you have better progress. Being unbothered doesn’t mean things don’t bothered you .You are not a sociopath. Learning how to handle yourself so you are not raising blood pressure! busting a vein! And messing up nerves inside your body ! Just because you’re tryna get someone to understand you........DO WHATS BEST FOR YOU ALWAYS.....YOU COME FIRST ALWAYS....without taking care of you ...you cannot take care of anyone else....
Rejection isn’t the best thing that can happen to US but it isn’t all bad. Here are my tips on dealing with someone dismissing your presence. Hearing my suggestions I know you will gain more confidence and understanding about yourself and others. Rejection is a big part of personal growth and understanding of OUR world.
Typically when hearing the word superficial you instantaneously think negative. I’m here to tell you that’s not true and I have reasons to back it up. Wanting nice things in life you shouldn’t feel guilty. Yes! People can over do it but balancing it out is some good advice I share. I just want everyone to coexist peacefully with each other and if that person is too much of a superficial douche bag then learn how to let it be. Yes! You can give your opinion hoping to steer that person in the right direction, if they don’t wanna hear it that’s okay.
I’ve dealt with mental health myself and bringing light to these topics and normalizing feeling , emotions and how it’s manifest in the mind and body. Stress is a killer and everyone needs to have ways to handle stressful situations. We should allow others to be themselves and not judge them negatively or be dismissive to anyone young or old on how they feel. Helping people and being genuine about it is what everyone should strive to do .Help this world to be a better place to live in. Comparing yourself to others isn’t always good, we are ourselves and we will never be anyone else in this life time. It’s okay to be inspired by someone’s actions, but it becomes toxic when you no longer want to be you. love yourself first and be kind to yourself
