Welcome to the Esquire Pod, where we bring you the latest updates on current affairs and small business content. In this episode, our host, Reu Lebelo, shares his life story since the last time he released an episode; where he started a new business and rebranded his Podcast from, Insights of a young Cadre, to the Esquire Pod to align with his business, career and personal perspective. But this isn't just any episode. It's a rant, and Reuben is fired up about the impact that politicians and decision-makers are having on his life and business. Reu shares his explicit perspective on the current economic climate and the frustrations that come with it. If you're tired of feeling like your life is a game being played with by others, this episode is for you. But beware, it's not for the faint of heart or full stomachs. Join Reu as he dives into the unfiltered reality of what it means to be a small business owner in today's South Africa. --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/insightsofayoungcadre/message

Once in a while we get into heated arguments where Fact and Opinion take a back seat, and we focus on wining the argument. In the heat of the moment facts rarely matter and we do all we can to "one-up" our would be counterparts. In this episode I unpack the difference between Fact and Opinion, and further layout my feelings towards the behaviour of holding personal opinions out as fact, and using said opinions to create the illusion of intellectual superiority against any person who holds an opposing opinion. I hope you enjoy this episode and be sure to interact with me on my Social media pages. I am always willing to engage on any topic, provided I know something about it.
