The Christmas season is kicking my butt and I'm sure I'm not the only one. I'm definitely feeling very "bah-humbugish". Healing yourself first is equivalent to putting the oxygen mask on yourself and then your child during a plan crash. I had to heal first and while I was healing and growing, I saw a huge change in my daughter's mental health. Your kids feed off your energy and I want them take in all the positive energy I have, and none of the repressed negativity I had buried that began to seep through.  Enjoy me ramble about my favorite topic and don't forget to keep up with me on all social channels. I finally did it! I'm so excited to share my newest baby with you all. I appreciate every one of you listening and supporting me.
