I woke up one Saturday morning with the crazy idea of starting a podcast. Talking on a public platform is not my forte, but I consider this a challenge to overcome my inhibitions. My talks are simple thoughts, but they are profound because they are from deep within—the thoughts that spill from my mind and that I would share with everyone. They contain a bit of everything—people, emotions, feelings, nature, and life. Sometimes, it is stories that touch me, and other times, I share a little piece of my world with you.

Healing comes from within. For that, we need to be in a place that fills us with warmth and be with people who look after us with the utmost care for any medicine to work. That place, for me, is home. Though I live miles and oceans away from my mom, I still find her warmth and love in the concoctions and home remedies she once made me and taught me.

I'll discuss my first book, A Teaspoonful of Life, and read one of the poems to you. I'll share the poem, ‘Tulips: A Poem of Perfect Love, ' which captured the essence of a magical moment I had visiting the Tulip fields in Norfolk.
Ageing is a truth we cannot ignore and a journey we must undertake. Based on my experiences and observations, I've written a few lines on ageing that I would like to share with you.
Gratitude is a beautiful quality to have as a human being. Let's do a little gratitude exercise today
