In this episode I interview Jack Murphy, humane wildlife control operator. Jack Murphy is co-founder and Director of Urban Wildlife Rescue. He is an innovative, expert with over 30 years of experience. He is also a Colorado State licensed wildlife rehabilitator. Jack is passionate about education and has spoken about: wildlife rehabilitation; wildlife first aid; humane trapping methods; urban wildlife; and humane solutions to wildlife problems. He has written, "Humane Solutions to Wildlife Problems", discussing species specific humane methods of evicting an animal, thereby eliminating the need to trap. His informational packets have been published in several local and national publications and are currently being used by numerous animal control agencies and humane organizations throughout the country. Urban Wildlife Rescue, Inc., located in Denver, Colo., saves over 10 thousand lives a year using their "Humane Solutions to Wildlife Problems".
