This is the insight that led me to creating this podcast the very next morning on January 23, 2019. I'm so glad that I get to live at a time where this is possible. Thanks for listenin…

I’m learning more about the role of lists in minimizing the chances of having non-peak days.
I think that forgiveness - even if it's to myself for eating more candy than I'd like - helps growth.
You may be surprised by the inspiration you can get from looking up.
Remembering what you used to know, at the right time, changes everything.
Feel your way to doing the right things — the things only you know that you need to do.
Create as many options as you can that help you reach your goals.
Discovering things for yourself is an incredible experience.
Putting things in front of me that complement each other seems to, at least right now, make challenges a bit less daunting and yet I'm still amazed by how much I get to do.
One big tapestry - that's the analogy that feels right for where I sit right now.

This concept about building Rome came to me during my workout this morning and I really enjoy trying to embody it. That's to say that I want to be gentle, deliberate, and present when creating my Rome. I hope you can take something of value from this one. Thanks for listening if you can and no matter what - be well and stay well.
During my training session this morning the concept of "extra" was on my mind and I could feel it in my body. "Is this too much?" and "am I going too hard" creeped into my head. I don't think those are helpful questions to ask up front unless they come from a place of true discernment. Otherwise, I think those questions are really just a reflection of fearing what kinds of challenges pushing the limits of our minds and bodies might bring. My self-challenge is really to get to the middle first and that's what I spend a few minutes here talking about. Please do enjoy this if you can and if you can't that is just fine too. Either way - be well.
The essence of time is to go out and become the person that we want to be - at least that's where I'm at right now. I hope you can take something from this into your day and I wish you great courage in all the actions you get to take today. Be well and much love.
