Send us a textFear isn't a stop sign; it's a high-beam pointed straight at your potential. When your chest tightens and your mind races, your brain is flagging something meaningful—not warning you to quit. In this short, practical session, we walk through a simple framework to decode fear, turn it into a roadmap, and take the smallest possible actions that build real confidence. We start by naming the signal with brutal clarity. Instead of treating fear like a fog, we put words to the exact risk you're bracing for—rejection, failure, judgment, loss—so the problem becomes finite and solvable. From there, we shrink the shadow with micro actions that produce evidence fast: send the email, make the call, record a 15-second clip. Action beats pep talks because confidence grows from proof, not from thinking about being brave. Finally, we reframe the sensation itself. Fear and excitement feel the same in the body; the difference is the story you choose. By labeling that rush as energy and growth, you convert paralysis into forward motion and step into the arena where your next level lives. If you've been hiding your ideas, this is your nudge to be seen, to move while afraid, and to let small wins rewire what you believe is possible.Take the weekend challenge: write down one fear that's been holding you back, then take the smallest step toward it. Want help turning that fear into a plan you can execute? Subscribe for more Five Minute Friday coaching, share this with a friend who needs it today, and leave a quick review to tell us the micro action you're taking next. Like a spear to the nation's liver, the third-world migrant invasion and exploitation of our beautiful United States—under the guidance and protection of the Progressive Fascist Democrat party desperately to continue Barack Obama's treasonous efforts to fundamentally transform America into an empty third-world husk of its former greatness—the reports of trillions of dollars of monetary fraud and hundreds of thousands of instances of voter fraud are the greatest existential threat to America as envisioned and established by our Founders as anything we have ever faced. And amidst this tremendous existential threat to America, the nation cries out: WHERE THE F IS PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP?Where is Make America Great Again? Where is America First? Where is ACTION in defense of our nation, rather than mere social media posts? Where are the mass deportations? The 3 AM armed FBI raids? The same tender mercies that were extended to American citizen January 6 protestors, and even to Trump himself, and his allies, during the four years Joe “autopen dementia” Biden was in office? The exposure of America being pillaged by hundreds of thousands of third-world fraudsters ought to be the GREATET OPPORTUNITY OF TRUMP'S LIFETIME to act in service to our nation. BUT WHERE IS HE?

In this episode of the Tactical Dent Tech Podcast, I break down one of the most overlooked — yet powerful — parts of marketing for dent technicians: the hook. A hook is the first few seconds of a video or the first line of a post that grabs attention and pulls people in. And just like fishing, some hooks work… and some don't. In this episode, I explain how I test hooks, why the first three seconds matter more than ever, and how the right hook can turn content into a predictable lead source. We cover: What a marketing hook really is (and why it's called a hook) Why attention spans keep getting shorter How I test hooks on Instagram and ads Action shots vs tool shots — and when each works Using written hooks in posts and ads Breaking customer resistance with simple CTAs Why "Upload Your Dent" works so well Turning winning hooks into predictable marketing assets If you want more leads without relying on insurance companies or door knocking, this episode will help you think differently about how you present your business online. Test your hooks. Find your winners. Then turn them on like a machine. Welcome to the Tactical Tech Movement.
Year-end stuff is upon us. That includes those infamous New Year's resolutions. And as it happens, the Bible has things to say about how we lean into the near future. Matthew 5:37 says, “Let what you say simply be yes or no. Anything more than this comes from evil.” How many times have we pledged to do something and then followed through? Follow-through is important. Whether it's weight loss, repairing relationships, or embarking on a new career, it's time to actually do what we say we're going to do.If you make a resolution to something positive going forward, remind yourself every hour of every day that you made a promise to yourself, and then meditate on all the ways God has fulfilled His promises to you. Commitment, follow-through, perseverance. It doesn't really matter what you call it. What matters is that personally in our own goals, let our yes be yes, and our no be no. There's nothing wrong with not pledging something that's extremely difficult to achieve. You can start by building on a small goal and then going on to the next, but if you say you're going to do something, do it. Let's pray. Lord, we are going into a new year full of possibilities. Help us to do what we say we're going to do. In Jesus' name, amen. Change your shirt, and you can change the world! Clarity is powerful — but only if you turn it into consistent action. In Part 2 of this Living by Design series (re-released for 2026), Bushy Martin shifts the focus from vision to execution, showing investors how to translate their “big why” into daily habits that actually shape the life they want to live. Last week, we revisited the importance of reconnecting with your core values and defining what an ideal lifestyle looks like. This episode is about what comes next — the doing. Bushy explains how living by design doesn’t require extreme discipline or radical lifestyle changes. Fluoridated water has shaped U.S. dental policy since the 1940s, when officials began adding fluoride to public water supplies in an effort to reduce childhood cavities.1 As of 2022, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) reported that 72.3% of Americans on community water systems (about 62.8% of the entire population) received fluoridated water,2 making systemic exposure nearly unavoidable. Mounting evidence now shows that fluoride offers little measurable benefit for dental health while introducing significant risks, particularly for children. Many countries, including Germany, Sweden, and the Netherlands, have already abandoned water fluoridation.3 In the U.S., Utah and Florida recently became the first states to ban the practice, and similar bills are emerging elsewhere.4 However, in places where fluoride is not added to tap water, fluoride supplements are prescribed for infants and children. Recently, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) announced it is taking action to restrict the use of these prescription fluoride supplements, following a directive from the Make America Healthy Again (MAHA) Commission to reassess their safety and effectiveness.5

In this special Mindfulness in Action episode, I'm sharing a very personal reflection from the trails of Squamish, BC where muddy puddles, forest quiet, and time on the bike create space for clarity. For the first time in over 22 years, I've made the decision to step away from competitive bike racing. Not because I can't race, but because my life, priorities, and sense of fulfillment have shifted. In this off-the-cuff, honest conversation, I reflect on what it means to let go of an identity you've held for decades, how task-focused mindfulness has shaped my thinking, and why courage sometimes looks like choosing less instead of more. This episode isn't just about sport. It's about transitions, motivation, family, mattering, and learning to listen to yourself when something inside is asking for change. If you're navigating a transition, feeling stretched thin, or questioning what really matters in this next season of your life, I hope this episode helps you slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what's true for you.Top 5 TakeawaysMindfulness isn't passive, it's active presence. Being fully engaged in the task at hand (not self-evaluation) can unlock clarity and joy.Identity transitions are uncomfortable, but necessary. Letting go of who you've been creates space for who you're becoming.Motivation changes with life seasons. What once fueled you may no longer fit, and that's not failure.Doing less can be a powerful choice. Fulfillment doesn't always come from pushing harder or doing more.Reflection reveals values. Emotions like envy, fatigue, or resistance often point toward what truly matters.Other Mindfulness in Action Episodes:- Slowing Down the Rush- How to Regulate Your Emotions for Resilience and Performance- How to Combat Self-Criticism--------------The Grow the Good Podcast is produced by Palm Tree Pod Co.

In this powerful episode of the Mindset Matters podcast, Patrick and Steffany kick off the new year with a deep conversation about why so many people feel stuck and why real change rarely comes from external circumstances. It is not the economy, politics, or lack of motivation holding most people back. It is the hidden programming in the brain that filters reality and blocks opportunity. Patrick explains how the Reticular Activating System, often called the RAS, works like an internal airport control tower, choosing what gets seen, noticed, or completely erased before it reaches conscious awareness. Together, Patrick and Steffany explore how this mental filter is driven by identity, hidden beliefs, and emotional safety. They unpack the importance of upgrading your personal “Operating System of Identity” so your RAS stops filtering life from fear and limitation, and starts recognizing opportunity, possibility, and growth. Listeners are guided into the deeper role of meta values, agency, and personal responsibility. Instead of letting emotions like fear or comfort dictate decisions, Patrick and Steffany show how anchoring to higher values such as truth, ownership, accountability, and integrity can expand perspective and reduce paralysis. They also stress the power of trusted counsel, clean feedback, and community support to challenge blind spots without attacking identity. Finally, they reinforce one of the most life changing truths. Clarity does not come first. Action does. When you move, your RAS updates, your confidence builds, and your brain realigns toward possibility and progress. This episode is a powerful invitation to step into the new year with courage, self awareness, upgraded identity, and intentional action. It is a must listen for anyone ready to stop feeling stuck and finally create meaningful forward momentum in life, relationships, business, and personal growth.

They emphasize that cultivating a resilient mindset is the primary requirement for success, urging newcomers to ignore negativity and embrace the risks inherent in entrepreneurship. They highlight the importance of finding a balance between careful market analysis and taking decisive action, warning against the paralysis that comes from over-studying. A core recommendation is to maintain direct control over investments rather than relying on syndicators, which protects individuals from mismanagement and excessive fees. Pruning To Prosper - Clutter, Money, Meals and Mindset for the Catholic Mom
Opening Bible verse: Luke 10: 38-42 We all have stuff we need to get done. That's our Martha side. Mary is just sitting at the feet of Jesus appearing to be doing nothing. Yet, Jesus said that Mary has chosen the better option. What's a girl to do!?!? Yes, we have to run our homes and get stuff done but none of that can be taken with us when we depart this earth. What we can take with us is our spiritual life. So we must make time for this. Everyday, we must pause our work and sit at the feet of Jesus to learn from Him, to hear what He has to say to us, to give our response. In 2026 we are working through my group coaching program via the podcast. This is your first assignment. To create a morning prayer routine. Get up before your family and pray a rosary or some other exercise that will increase your relationship with God. Mary is playing the long game, the eternal game. In 2026, choose the long game as often as possible in your housework and in your spiritual life. ***Are you so overwhelmed with clutter that you find yourself unable to make any decisions? Sometimes the smartest move is to stop overthinking and just go. Trust the path. Trust who you are with. Let it be an adventure. Show Notes As Baylor reflects on 2025, he realizes that the biggest lesson did not come from business, speaking, or strategy. It came from his dog, Bear. Every time Baylor says "let's go," Bear does not hesitate. No questions. No overthinking. No fear of the unknown. Just total commitment and excitement for whatever comes next. That instinct becomes the framework for how Baylor wants to approach 2026. This episode is about shedding hesitation, loosening the need to control every outcome, and reframing uncertainty as adventure instead of threat. Baylor shares how some of his best moments in 2025 happened when he stopped planning every detail and simply went. From spontaneous trips to learning new skills, progress followed action, not overanalysis. He also reframes daily life itself. The difference between an errand and an adventure is not the destination. It is the mindset. When life is viewed as an adventure, uncertainty becomes energizing instead of paralyzing. Finally, Baylor emphasizes that the best experiences in life are rarely defined by where you go or what you do. They are defined by who you do them with. Being intentional about your circle in 2026 may matter more than any goal you set. Key Takeaways • Hesitation creates more harm than action • You do not need all the answers to move forward • Calling it an adventure changes how you experience uncertainty • Action builds clarity faster than planning • Growth feels different when you allow yourself to have fun • The people you share experiences with matter more than the experiences themselves • Constraint and focus create space for what matters most Featured Quote "I don't know where we're going. I don't know how long it will take. But I'm in. It's an adventure."

Why does planning feel so overwhelming even when you are doing everything right?I see so many women blaming themselves for lack of discipline or consistency when the real issue is something deeper. When vision is unclear, every decision feels heavy, every task feels urgent, and planning starts to feel like pressure instead of support. That is not a motivation problem. It is a clarity problem. When vision comes first, strategy finally has something solid to stand on. Decisions get cleaner, follow through feels more natural, and momentum stops requiring force.✔️ Overthinking eases when there is a clear internal anchor guiding decisions✔️ Planning becomes supportive instead of draining✔️ Action feels aligned instead of reactiveIf you're tired of forcing execution, overthinking every move, and wondering why nothing feels easeful anymore, this conversation is for you. Vision changes how you decide, what you say yes to, and how you move forward.Subscribe to the Spiral Up Podcast and listen now to start creating momentum without burnout.—
In this discussion, Mike and Glenn explore the crucial question: "Now what?" as they look ahead to 2026. They delve into how living a life driven by passion and purpose is essential for true success.Key takeaways from the conversation include:The "Work" is the Key: The principle of "Drive," which mirrors the active approach of the AA program, suggests that to elevate your life, you must actively do the work. The Mantra of Success: Embrace the commitment: "If you want what we have and are willing to go to any length to get it," recognizing that success requires unwavering dedication.Action is Everything: The idea that "AA doesn't work" is true only if you don't work the program. Similarly, if you want a better life, you must live a better life.Showing Up is Non-Negotiable: Glenn and Mike agree that simply showing up is a foundational part of "going to any length."Direction through Awareness: Self-awareness is key to understanding your proper direction and requires being open to new experiences.Inspired by The Purpose Driven Life: Drawing inspiration from Rick Warren's book, they advocate for incorporating spirituality and serving others into your plan.Mike and Glenn emphasize that the time for passive wishing is over—it's time to take action to achieve the life you want.

In this conversation, Mark explains that "we often build our lives on things we are certain about that simply are not true." He describes how "we don't actually see the world… we see screens of how we think the world is." He explains that these screens create "a double paradox" shaping what we think is safe, what we think is risky, and how we choose to act. Mark describes the difference between someone who sees a large employer as stability versus an entrepreneur who sees it as danger, saying "which screen is right? Well, it depends on which screen is going to give you more power in life." He talks about choosing the entrepreneurial screen because "I detested the idea of being a piece of a cog in a major machine." He explains how a "victim type screen" once took over his thinking when he was diagnosed with osteonecrosis: "I was catastrophizing… I went into a very negative spiral." He recalls seeing children receiving chemotherapy and realizing "Mark, you are really self-absorbed… You don't get to live a life without pain and challenge." That shift, "Why me?" to "Why not me?", transformed everything for him. Mark also talks about the mindset required to reinvent yourself: "No matter what I succeeded in in the past entitles me to win in the future." He shares that he must "redo it every three years or reimagine it and transform it," because "if I'm not transforming my business, other people are going to be working to transform my business out of it." He discusses fear and avoidance: "You can be afraid of having the conversation… but what you cannot do is ignore it." He explains how ignoring problems is the beginning of decline. Mark then explores how his business model evolved when he realized that people with millions of dollars were still "miserable, always afraid… always complaining" while others with far less were happy. This led him to see that money alone is not the source of well-being. He dismantles the three ideas he was taught early in his career: "stock picking," "market timing," and "track record investing", calling them "completely bankrupt." He explains that "the market is very efficient, very random," and that "stock picking, market timing and track record investing didn't work." Mark describes how identity and mission changed for him over time, how screens shape action, and how transformation requires confronting fear, discarding false certainty, and letting go of entitlement. He closes by saying he hopes never to retire because "stopping is one of the worst things you can do for your future." He explains that purpose, planning, and creating are what allow people to thrive. This week we visit Tattershall Church. As we'll hear in this episode, Holy Trinity is a very important place for bats, with two maternity roosts present along with a number of other species. The site has been part of the National Bat Monitoring Programme for many years. The church is a great example of co-existence with a large number of bats and the church community have built great relationships with Lincolnshire Bat Group and they use bats as a unique selling point to engage visitors. The congregation hold bat-themed events throughout the season and have even created merchandise featuring their ‘Tatty Bat' mascot. However, cleaning has been a constant challenge. In this episode we hear how the Bats in Churches (BiC) project supported the church to help alleviate the challenges that bats were causing and we also speak to artist Ilene Sterns whose artwork On a Wing and a Prayer was exhibited inside Holy Trinity as part of the BiC project. A cell tower might just pop up in your neighborhood without hearings or any kind of opportunity for local pushback or comment. This is the likely result of new proposed FCC rules that preempt all state and local authority over the siting, permitting and regulation of cell towers and antennas. To be clear: No objections will be possible regarding the location, size, height, number of antennas, no need to prove there is a need for the antennas, no environmental reviews, no respect for aesthetic impacts, or historic districts, or scenic byways, etc. Towers and antennas will just appear outside one's home, or one's children's schools, without notice, and there will be nothing one can do about it. The proposed rules even say local governments will not be allowed to hire outside experts to measure emissions from the antennas. All this is in the context of the industry's stated plans for greater and greater 'antenna densification' with long-documented harmful radiation emitted by antennas placed every few hundred feet. Guests Camilla Rees and Scott McCollough today explain the importance of taking action today to protect our freedom and our rights. They go over both the harms of emitted radiation and the urgency of the threat we're facing. The deadline for comments on the proposed rules is December 31, 2025. And the deadline for responses to comments is January 15, 2026. Pertinent websites recommended by our guests for ACTION today: 704nomore.org - See the TAKE ACTION tab to make comments on the new proposed FCC rules, as well as on various bills moving through Congress that also seek to enable more wireless and limit local control.
