Here is the eighth podcast as part of my going mentally mindful for mind. Me and James go way back. If there is someone that knows when my mental health goes up and down, it's him. He personally believes social circles (and has evidence) that toxic social scenarios can detriment your mental wellbeing, and even physical health. Not only that, but this topic affects the dating world, and allows us to question whether by being the way we are emotionally, that perhaps it's difficult to co-exist with those that can't understand our emotional styles, or won't make arrangements like Luke on Monday to purposefully work through these differing emotional styles. Essentially, this podcast is what happens when people like Luke aren't around to accept us for the way we are. Here is how it translates to us. Here is the sixth podcast as part of my going mentally mindful for mind. Me, Clementine and Ana just randomly decided to sit down, have a cuppa, cake, and ask ourselves and each other if we are weird, and how feeling weird influences who we open up to, why and when. What are the differences in talking to friends over family? What are the benefits of that? We also share a few personal stories. Is there a link between narcotics and mental health? can they be considered as an aid to mental health and therapy? does the same drug affect everyone in the same way? what do we need besides taking safe drugs in the appropriate way and amount to ensure to avoid addiction or mental health issues? and finally, do you only become addicted if you have a pre-existing mental health issue?
