I disappeared again, I know. I am terrible. But I didn't die! Over the last few months (basically 2020) I needed to go back to the drawing board and figure out what I wanted to bring to the table as I felt as though I was losing myself in going wit the trends of society and expressing thoughts and feelings that were not my own. So this is why this episode is dedicated to adversity, and how I have viewed it in my life. This is a powerful message to everyone in life and business, as we all go through tougher times in our lives but it is how we react that shows us our true colours. I really hope that you enjoy the episode and if you'd like to have a chat or connect with me directly, please head over to my Instagram which is @emilyetopping. My appreciation as always, Emily

This is serious. I delve into the different issues and injuries that I have got in the last 2 years. From hernia surgery to extreme fatigue to rupturing my Achilles. I went from a successful, very fit individual to fat, lazy, and mentally so tapped out that I've spent the last year just trying to get my mind on track. Though my business flourished at that time, I've never made as much money in my life, but I was not okay. This is raw and real, just because I looked good on the outside, did not mean I was not battling my own demons on the inside. Enjoy Instagram : @emilyetopping
I always grew up being the 'dumb' one of the group. I found it so difficult to sit down and concentrate, I was just always on the go and school was not for me. In this episode, I speak about making a massive change in my life, in my own mindset, and also in my career. I always strived to be the best that I could be because I was not academic at all! This is a really good insight to anyone who doesn't fit into the regular. The regular school system, regular life, regular ambitions. Enjoy Instagram: @emilyetopping
