Education seems to be something that is finished after you “graduate” from school, but for some, it is a life long journey; constantly learning new things and challenge yourself daily. But there is a thin line between knowing more than the everyday average person and how much you actually know on that a subject - you may just have a “degree” of information. As someone once put it, “Intelligence… Not because you think you know everything without questioning, but rather because you question everything you think know.” For this episode we look at what you know and how confirmation bias can play into the egotistical aspect of truly knowing. We also dive into the crisis in Venezuela - how they got there?! the cause and what they can/ need to do in order to turn things around. And last but not least we look into why China has heavily increased their investment in Africa and the influence it may have in different countries.
