This week Tom & Zeus review the 1977 Love Gun which was in support of their 6th studio album, Love Gun. This is SIOL's 11th KISS tour reviewed. Love Gun was released on June 17, 1977 and the tour began on July 8, 1977 in Canada and ended September 5, 1977. This is probably KISS at its peak. The band was still continuing to get bigger and better. This is before the solo albums, before the movie and before the major cracks began to take its toll. The stage for the tour is probably the most famous, with the staircases and Peter's drum riser. The costumes are probably KISS' most famous as well. The setlist featured 5 new songs from Love Gun and many of the classic songs from the first three albums, including Deuce were dropped. This week Tom & Zeus review the 1977 Love Gun which was in support of their 6th studio album, Love Gun. This is SIOL's 11th KISS tour reviewed. Love Gun was released on June 17, 1977 and the tour began on July 8, 1977 in Canada and ended September 5, 1977. This is probably KISS at its peak. The band was still continuing to get bigger and better. This is before the solo albums, before the movie and before the major cracks began to take its toll. The stage for the tour is probably the most famous, with the staircases and Peter's drum riser. The costumes are probably KISS' most famous as well. The setlist featured 5 new songs from Love Gun and many of the classic songs from the first three albums, including Deuce were dropped. Mike and Deuce celebrated New Orleans earning the host site for the 2028 college football national championship game. The guys recapped San Francisco's impressive victory over Los Angeles on Thursday Night Football.

Deuce emphasized his excitement for the Pelicans' upcoming 2025-26 season. He also discussed the start of the Joe Dumars era in New Orleans. Deuce and Hoss interviewed Bob Papa, the voice of the New York Giants, about the upcoming Saints-Giants matchup. Papa shared his thoughts on Giants rookie QB Jaxson Dart, New York's offense without star WR Malik Nabers, and their elite pass rush. Papa also explained how the Saints can attack the Giants' defense. Mike gave a stat about the Saints' defense in third-and-long situations.
