In my last podcast episode, I focused on functional accountability where we looked at the functions in the business and who was accountable for them. In this episode, we'll extend business accountability to the key processes in the business and use this to create a map of how the business is running at a point in time. The tool I use for this is the key process flow map from the 3HAG Way by Shannon Susko, it's a tool I use of all my clients to get clarity on how things flow through the business to get money into your bank account. It's a simple tool, but most people don't realize how powerful it is. It's a visual tool and not the best to describe in a podcast. So I'll describe it as best as I can.
