Jade and I try to figure out (mostly me) our different personalities with these tests, How accurate are they? Does my personality and my daughters personality clash? What happens if you do clash? Listen and find out!!

In this episode of Spice it up I am joined by my daughter Jade, we are exploring the relationship we have with ourselves. How well do you know your triggers, how you process and see other relationships in your life. Knowing what those are can greatly help you understand yourself and be able to help others!  We explore 2 different kinds of personality tests, Jade tells us about the 16 different types of personalities you can be with the test she does, and I briefly touch on the Ennegram test that I do!  Listen as we argue, agree, laugh, get interrupted by her brothers and figure out that we are the same ..... only different!Also...do you know what a flock of crows is? This episode we explore my relationship with AUSTRLIA!!! I have never been there, never visited or flown over Austrlia, but I WANT one!!! The first step is to try a box of Australia's favorite TREATS!!! We try each treat and assess it with our knowlege of a life time of eating sweet things! We are not professionals, not even a little bit. An impromptu podcast in an airport!! I kidnap a couple of people I'm flying with and inside a noisy airport we talk about relationships on airplanes and progress......or regress into our relationship with food!! We are on our way to health coaching conference and have never met before! It gets pretty silly at times and don't mind the over head speakers. Listen as we almost miss our flight!!!!
