Today we’ll be talking about vacations on Survival of Us, hopefully this is one that isn’t too controversial. How do you define a vacation and what purpose does it serve? The topic shouldn’t be controversial but not everyone sees it the same way and that’s probably the purpose of vacation, doing something that helps you rest. Whether it’s going some place new or just being able to sleep in, join us on this discussion to help us survive!

In this episode we talk about the weighty topic of addictions, along with a dense block of its definition and how we’ve related to it in our lives. Along the way we talk about what we are addicted to, what helps us cope and some of the more usual suspects that have never appealed to us. Social media, it’s everywhere, taking your attention and is a major player of modern survival whether we like it or not.
