The coven is BACK after a short break, and Bunnie XO comes in choosing chaos. The girls catch up on life, upcoming projects, and why taking time off somehow makes coming back feel feral. They recap a New Year's Vegas trip—including Hailee casually sinking an unforgettable basketball shot—and immediately spiral from there.Bunnie drops major news about her upcoming book tour, with Nashville and New York nearly sold out, and teases the fully interactive, anything-can-happen vibe fans can expect at the shows. This is not a sit-back-and-listen tour—it's unfiltered, unpredictable, and very on brand.Things take a real turn as they dive into peptide therapy, side effects nobody warns you about, and Bunnie addressing her facelift head-on—why she's doing it, why she doesn't owe anyone an explanation, and why the internet can stay mad. Naturally, the episode derails into spray-tan disasters, post-kid body conversations, and a tanning fail so bad it requires a full redo at Bunnie's house.Watch Full Episodes & More: YouTubeSee Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

This week we're showcasing our friends Trevin & Amanda - the hosts of Live, Laugh, Larceny.  Two petty crimes. Zero chill. And reactions so bad, they'd make Coldplay blush. This week, Amanda drops by before her second vacation in two weeks—and Trevin has his own vacation drama to share. His first time riding a bike as an adult turns into a near panic attack in a quaint ocean community, while Amanda faces a Beaver Lake, Arkansas dilemma when her husband's massive truck can't conquer the rocky terrain of a pebble beach. In Killer Facts, Amanda digs up a bizarre audio mystery from 1997: “The Bloop.” This ultra-low-frequency, high-amplitude underwater sound had scientists speculating about a giant sea creature… but the real answer is far less thrilling—and way more depressing. Trevin, meanwhile, finds fashion trends in the most unexpected place: captive chimps. From grass-in-ear accessories to sticking a blade somewhere it definitely shouldn't go, these primates are setting wild new style standards.Amanda also retells a viral scandal you think you know—the Coldplay kiss-cam controversy at Gillette Stadium. Astronomer CEO Andy Byron's very public moment with Kristen Cabot sent shockwaves through social media, and Amanda serves up the drama with her own twist.Trevin closes the episode with the poetic (and chaotic) saga of Florida woman Cynthia Sosa, a chicken in the road, road rage, and a can of bear mace. When Sosa crosses paths with Perla DeMiller, bad decisions are inevitable. Both stories are tied together by unexpected reactions, petty crimes, and a flair for the dramatic. It's a new year, which means it's time to emotionally process one of the worst years of our lives… by celebrating the best crimes of 2025. Before the awards begin, Trevin and Amanda ease back into things with fresh dilemmas after not seeing each other for a while. Trevin recounts a Christmas mishap involving his new rescue pup, Sammy—starting with her epic glow-up since adoption and ending with a Christmas morning escape that sparks a long, stressful search. Amanda shares her own holiday chaos, when the infamous 2025 Christmas sickness wiped out her entire family and turned their break into an extended quarantine. Then it's time for the first five categories of the 2025 Petties Awards. Who delivered the most dreadful dilemma of the year? What were each host's most killer facts? Trevin pulls back the curtain on how he produces the show, including a behind-the-scenes look at the first major audio mistake in nearly five years of Live, Laugh, Larceny. Plus, the award for Best Naked Criminal leads to an unsettling realization: was 2025… the least sexy year on record? To close things out, Trevin revisits his favorite story of 2025, listening back with Amanda and breaking down why it stuck with him. Was it the man who faked his own death? Zin Zhang and the infamous cold chicken? Or the Florida boy who called the cops to ask why they hadn't found him yet? Tune in for Part 1 of the 2025 Petties, then come back next week for the remaining categories and Amanda's favorite story of the year. CrowdScience listener Limbikani in Zambia is always being told he has his Dad's laugh, so he set us the challenge of trying to find out whether a laugh can be passed down in our genes or if it's something we learn from our environment. Presenter Caroline Steel steps into the world of one of the world's greatest laughter experts, Professor Sophie Scott, neuroscientist at University College London. In her office stuffed with memorabilia of a life filled with fun, they discuss how the shape of our bodies could play a role in how we laugh. Also joining the fun is Dr Gil Greengross, evolutionary psychologist at Aberystwyth University in Wales, UK. Gil tells us how Charles Darwin was the first person to question how laughter evolved. Caroline also speaks to Dr Nancy Segal, Professor of Developmental Psychology and Director of the Twin Studies Center at California State University, Fullerton. Nancy is an expert in studies that demonstrate the role of nature vs nurture in how who we are and how we behave. She tells the story of the ‘Giggle Twins', who were separated at birth but found they laughed identically when they met three decades later. So does that mean that we really do inherit our laughs from our parents? Elisha shares the moments that broke her open, including a very public mommy meltdown, clinical burnout, and the pressure to put everyone else first. Together, Rebecca and Elisha unpack what self-care actually looks like in real life, how guilt sneaks in, why villages matter more than ever, and how moms can reclaim control without adding another impossible to-do list item. This is the episode every overwhelmed parent did not know they needed.Six Key Takeaways→ Balance is not real, and that is not your failureElisha explains why the idea of perfect balance sets moms up to feel like they are always falling short → Burnout does not mean weakness Clinical burnout is real and often comes from prioritizing everyone else for too long →Self-care must fit your season of life What works for one mom may not work for another, and that is exactly the point → Guilt can exist without running the show You can feel guilt without letting it dictate how you treat yourself → Your village is bigger than you think Support can include people, systems, services, and small choices that reduce mental load → You are the expert in your own life. Trusting yourself is the most important form of self-care there isMemorable Quote“Balance does not exist. You just choose what you are going to focus on and let the rest fall off for a bit.”About the GuestElisha Beach is an experienced speaker, writer, and professional mom of eight. She went viral in 2015 after sharing a raw photo of breastfeeding her daughter while on the toilet and has been unapologetically telling the truth about motherhood ever since. A former staff writer for Scary Mommy and founder of The Mom Forum, Elisha is a Certified Strategic Planner who helps moms create realistic self-care practices without guilt. She is the author of The Mom Selfcare Planner and the upcoming book Balance Is Bullsht The Truth About Motherhood and Self Care* releasing November 11, 2025. If this episode made you feel seen, heard, or even a little less alone, share it with another parent who needs permission to stop chasing perfection. Make 2026 Your Bitch: Decalcifying the Pineal Gland, Reclaiming Your Power & Laughing Through the Awkward Stuff This episode is equal parts unfiltered truth, spiritual rebellion, and uncontrollable laughter. We're talking about what it really takes to make 2026 your year — not through hustle or toxic positivity, but by clearing the mental, emotional, and energetic blocks that have been quietly running the show. From decalcifying the pineal gland and reclaiming your intuition, to having wildly uncomfortable (and hilarious) mother–daughter conversations about sex, this episode goes everywhere… and somehow exactly where it needs to. It's raw. It's funny. It's deeply real. And underneath the laughter is a powerful message about reclaiming your body, your intuition, and your authority over your own life. If you're ready to stop playing small, stop numbing out, and start living with clarity, confidence, and consciousness — this one's for you. Hit play. Laugh a little. Wake up a lot.

What do improv comedy, standup, and high-performing salespeople have in common? More than you think. In this episode of Sales & Cigars, Walter Crosby sits down with Kevin Hubschmann to explore how comedy skills like active listening, adaptability, brevity, and comfort with failure directly translate to better sales conversations. Kevin shares how doing improv in a cramped New York apartment sharpened his instincts on sales calls, why scripts often fail in real-world selling, and how learning to bomb—on stage and in sales—became a competitive advantage. This is a practical, mindset-shifting conversation for sellers who want to think differently about discovery, messaging, and growth. In This Episode: Falling into sales while trying to survive in New York City How improv immediately improved Kevin's sales calls Why listening is the most underrated sales skill The danger of rigid scripts when buyers "take a left turn" What standup comedy teaches about clarity and concise messaging Why losing deals is essential to becoming a better salesperson Using low-stakes reps to test ideas and improve performance How comedy training is now being used to develop sales teams Key Takeaways:  Great sales conversations are collaborative, not scripted Listening beats pitching every time Clear, concise messaging travels further inside an organization Failure is data—not a verdict Reps, reflection, and refinement matter more than talent Connect with Kevin: LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/kevin-hubschmannn/  Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/laughdotkevin/ Laugh.Events: https://www.laugh.events/    Connect with Walter Crosby and Sales & Cigars: Website: Helix Sales Development LinkedIn: Walter Crosby Instagram: @wcrosby248 Facebook: Helix Sales Development   Share Your Thoughts: We'd love to hear your feedback and experiences!
