Are we ready? I'm looking to make a D&D podcast to inspire, guide, and entertain as many as I can. Dungeons and Dragons is a game so near and dear to my heart, I just want to share the wonderful experiences it's given me with all y'all Cover Art: @art_of_jdeep (instagram)
This is our final episode of the year (that we recorded) and first of 2021! A new year to kick of some new memories for D&D. This week, Will joins us again and we all take a trip down memory lane, thinking back to our favorite times of Dungeons and Dragons in 2020, even through a worldwide pandemic. Happy New Year!
This week Jon and I tackle some of the new subclasses in Tasha's Cauldron of Everything. We talk about our favorite ones, as well as some that just sound so incredibly interesting! If you haven't picked up a copy of TCoE yet, we would definitely recommend it. For all the power gamers out their, this book will be your new favorite.
This week, Jon and I are talking Bards. Abilities, colleges, and some ideas on how to play a bard in your next D&D game. This is our next episode going through the classes in 5e, and it's one of Jon's personal favorites. If you want to hear him gush over how much he loves a class in this game, this is the one to listen to. Next week we'll be doing something a little different, looking at some subclasses from TCoE (Tasha's Cauldron of Everything)!
This week Jon and I start our talk of the class lists and what better to start off with than the tank of Dungeons and Dragons? We take an in depth look at the key features and traits of the barbarian as well as potential builds and ways to role play. Up next is bards, but this will not be our only topic for the upcoming future!
When a Jon and Ryan love each other very much... We're back! And this week we talk about some things and tips on how to make a homebrew race for your D&D game, discuss Twilight(?), and explore some changes on lore to the races you may already know in 5e! We're excited to be back, and look forward to regularly uploading again
Jon and I are back with some new DM tips, where we do a small overall discussion of problem players, some session 0 talk, and then how to make a world unique. All of these topics are so in depth we could really do a full episode on them, but for this we wanted to get some openers to the conversation.
It's just me for today, and I'm discussing all of the house rules and some homebrew things that I like to use at my tables. Some are pretty basic, others are a bit more involved. If you have any fun house rules, let me know! Follow this podcast's instagram @tabletalk_rpd
This week, it's just Jon and Ryan, and instead of talking something specific for DnD, we talked about the campaign that we are currently playing; the Coven of Malum Phaeca. Jon asks Ryan a multitude of questions about the campaign, and we discuss different aspects of every player's gaming style.
This week, Jon, Will, and I discuss how we write backstories as well as some things to watch out for when doing so. You don't want to hog the spotlight, but the DM also has to make sure the party stays together. Follow me on Instagram @tabletalk_rpd for updates, more content, and to message me!
Today I'm joined with my friends Jon and Will, who both play characters in the current campaign I run. We discuss some of our favorite things about D&D, as well as cover some of our fun times from our time playing this game together.
This is a short story about one of my favorite battles I've ever been apart of in my short lived D&D career, as well as a short intro to the podcast. It's a little rough around the edges, but I'll work on that. Thanks
