And we are back! In this episode we break down my race at the Western States 100. We walk through each section of the course and uncover the feelings, emotions, highs, and lows of every section of the course. I hope everyone listening will get a better understanding of the race and why it's so difficult as well as have a better understanding of the struggles that I went through throughout the day. I just want to take the time to thank not only the crew for getting me to the finish line but also everyone back here at home who was cheering me on. Throughout the day, I kept thinking about everyone back home who was watching and some of the times that was the only thing keeping me going. To those that stayed up until 3 am and watched me finish, you guys are truly special. I love you all~
