Welcome to episode 11. Today, we are going to talk about whether or not you are making yourself an easy target for the gurus online. If you are looking for an easier and faster way to get clients and make a lot of money in your business, then you might as well put a bullseye target on your back because every guru and slick marketer or salesperson online is going to show up in your feed and in your inbox to sell you some sort of get-rich-quick scheme in disguise. Of course, they're not going to call it that, but that is exactly what it is. And I'm not saying that every strategy that the gurus are out there teaching doesn't work. But there's one specific distinction that's missing from all of their webinars and paid courses and group offers and memberships and all the different things that they're selling you...a qualification process.Listen to the episode to learn how to get out of the cycle if you're stuck in it, what to focus on instead, and what kind of help to really look for. Today, we're going to talk about your content and why it might suck. That's right. Your content is a critical part of your business. And I want to talk about it today because I think it is the number one mistake that I see new coaches making in their business online. They're creating a lot of content or they're networking online and different groups and communities, or going on podcasts and getting interviewed and doing all the things that you want to do at the beginning of your business when you need to get your first clients. But the content that they're sharing isn't great. Most of the time it's generic. It's regurgitated. It's fluff. It's a lot of jargon. It's fake and inauthentic. And I'm not saying any of this to be mean or critical. I'm telling you what I see. And I'm also telling you what the people on the other side of your content are seeing and what they're thinking and feeling. And so the purpose of today's podcast is to hopefully help you take a step back and really think about the content that you're putting out there - before you put it out there.
In today's episode, we are going to talk about future tripping. The simple definition of future tripping is basically when you worry about things that haven't happened yet or things that could happen. This has also been defined as anticipatory anxiety. And this is something I see a lot in my clients who are just launching their business or getting ready to launch anything big in their business in general. So what this looks like in real life is that you basically go down this negative rabbit hole of all the what-ifs that could happen and you talk yourself out of taking action. In this episode, you'll learn how to recognize it and how to move past it so you can keep taking action to build & grow your business consistently.Learn more about how I can help you: https://www.stephaniewrona.com
Welcome to episode eight, where we are talking about how your identity shapes your results, and this is in your life and in your business. This is a really important topic because it is often overlooked or underrated. Many times when people want to achieve something in their business or in their life, they set out taking action right away. They create a plan and they get into action. But you will always have obstacles in front of you and challenges and roadblocks and limitations based on your identity. So, if you've ever felt like you want something really badly, but you just can't achieve it then chances are that your identity is actually holding you back from achieving that goal or that result that you want. In this episode, you will learn how to take control of your past, present, and future identities so you can get unstuck and finally achieve your big goals for your future.Learn more about how I can help you at https://www.stephaniewrona.com.
Today's episode will help you set the right goals instead of the wrong goals that most new coaches typically set so you can achieve the success that you want to achieve in 2022. What do I mean by setting the wrong goals? There are two big mistakes that I see with my clients who are just starting out in their business... The first mistake is wanting to grow and expand your business as a goal. It seems like that should be a good goal, right? But I'll tell you why that's actually wrong. And the second goal that I see is setting a monetary goal is saying you want to achieve X amount of dollars in your business or a certain amount of revenue per month. This is another one that seems obvious and seems like the norm in the industry. But I'll also show you how this is slowing your growth and stopping you from reaching your full potential in your business.Once you learn how to set the right goals for your business, you will set yourself up for massive success in 2022!Learn more about how I can help you launch & grow your coaching business: https://www.stephaniewrona.com

Welcome to episode four of the business of coaching podcast. Today, we are going to be talking about something that I call 'eat the salad'. If you are brand new in your coaching or consulting business, and you are just getting started and you need to put yourself out there to get clients, then sometimes this can be the scariest and hardest part of getting your business off the ground. I like to use analogies to explain and simplify business and marketing systems. And so for today's analogy, if you want to eat healthier, then one of the best things that you can do is to eat a salad, right? When you are starting your business and you need to go out there and get your first few clients, social media is one of the best places that you can go and promote your business and start interacting with people to get those first few clients in the door. This is pretty simple and pretty straightforward, but I'm going to share with you 3 ways that you might be over-complicating this in your business! To download your Free Business Starter Kit with an online business plan, website templates, 17 ways to sign your 1st client, and your 30-day launch content calendar head over to https://www.stephaniewrona.com/kit.
