We travel to West London to review Thames Ditton and Esher Golf Course, we meet Toby Harper, one of our former club captains and we take a look at what makes him play. This episode covers former kings of England, we declare a Bryson Dechambeau-free zone, we get directions from the members and heckled by the locals. A good match-play round breaks out, and we discuss old railways and old rivalries...   ...and much, much more. No skill, no talent, no problem   This is the first in our new podcast format, and you can find us on Instagram - just search for the General Golf Chit Chat Golf Club.

In this episode we get a roundup from the altercation kitchen, a review of Bobbies mum's lasagne, a great story about snickers chocolate, and an intro to the cursed Tiger Cap.   We face the dilemma of letting two pros play through, enjoy our first ever live birdie dance, and find out how hard it is to select food and drink options nine holes in.   And, of course expect mandatory handicap chat before Robbie gives us a review of the first hole as the lads talk tactics in the background.   Oh, and we get lost after the first hole.   Follow us on Instagram – The General Golf Chit Chat Society.

The GGCC lads tee off in the annual major, this time at Orchardleigh Golf and Country Club. We get first-tee nerves served up Aussie style, then some history about the course, before Hot Toddy gets the crowd going. The two captain's clash over a broken rib incident, and then spend 12 seconds reviewing the Golf Gamebook app (it's good). We experience problems with Garmins, the first scores go on the board, and of course we talk about Katy Perry...   ...oh and some golf.
