Your birthday is worth celebrating because you are worth celebrating! The lesson of the day is to love yourself! It is hard to love others fully if you don’t love yourself first. What is one action step you can take today to love yourself more?

Maki a straight line out of people....who is responsible for it being a straight line? The leader is responsible. Also, each Individual person in the line is responsible...when it comes down to responsibility, it always starts with you. YOU are responsible for your life and everything in it...straight lines, relationships, jobs, your spirituality, everything! Where are you expecting someone else “to make your line straight for you” and not taking responsibility to raise your standards and lead yourself?

It’s easy to take the easy way out....but how does that effect the long term quality? Instead of always looking for the easy way, ask what is the quality way?

When we set a standard, we must revisit it and make sure we are keeping the standard. Check, recalibrate & move forward. This lesson applies to my family as we work to create a family unit that is connected, on point, fun & full of love and heart!

You can’t skip levels. You must learn the skills to level up. Where in your world are you trying to skip a level when you need level up your skills instead? What is the first smallest action you can take to make that happen?

Everything in your world is either inspiring you or boring you. If it is boring you...then you are dying! This life is meant to be lived!! Look around all aspects of your world & ask if it is inspiring you or not- if you are not inspired...what is the first action step you can take to create more inspiration in that area? Inspiration creates power - momentum - action - RESULTS!

Creating new habits that empower you can be hard, especially if you don’t like doing them. That is why people fail. Jujitsu is about using the opponent’s force against them and for you. Jujitsu your habits is all about setting up habits that you like to do and that empower you...then you don’t have to do it, you get to do it. Action: pick one habit that you don’t enjoy doing and replace it with one that empowers you...

The day to focus on winning is today- not tomorrow- today. When you feel off and out of sync, get back to the basics of today and WIN THE DAY. You are not starting from scratch but from all the victories of the past... win the day and get momentum, inspiration and hope driving forward into today. Where do you need to “win the day” & what is the smallest action step you can take today to get after it?

My daughter lily shot an amazing commercial for school that showcased her creativity and personality....so much more powerful than reading a boring book report off of index cards. Lesson: show up in a way that gives you power, if you don’t feel inspired by how you are showing up- change it!

When other people and circumstances rain on your parade...there is only one person you can control- YOU. Integrity- showing up with a spirit of effort and excellence. You always have the choice to show up in integrity no matter the circumstances. Where do you need to show up with more integrity and how can you do that?

As I grow myself- my circle grows full of people who are real and are trusted advisors- people who truest want the best for me. Evaluate your circle, who do you need to let go of? What is the next step you can take to improve yourself so you can attract a higher level caliber circle?

Sometimes life forces you to “clean out the freezer” unexpectedly... this creates space for new growth and new creation. Where in your world are you holding on- but need to let go - to open space for new creation within your life?

God speaks to us through intuition. The good feelings and the bad feelings are our internal gps guiding us into OUR PATH. When you feel the inspiration- write it down so you remember it and you can grab onto it and take inspired action.

If we always have high expectations and expect all situations to be meaningful and impactful we can miss it by trying to force it. Sometimes it’s ok to just be. Date your wife- enjoy the process

The people you surround yourself with push you and you push them. If you find yourself surrounded by people who do not push you- you need to consider finding new people to put into your circle who challenge you to be more and become better.

We train ourselves to only see the greatness and the beauty in the great times ( beauty in sunrises and sunsets). Consider that there is always beauty to be seen - even in the gray clouds- if you look for it.

Our current results and situation are an accumulation of everything we have experienced. It takes time to unwind all that has wound up- have patience and enjoy the process of unwinding to change.

Are you living up to the words and expectations that you are setting for your kids and for others? If we become a do as I say not as I do person- we lose power and our ability to lead, have others follow and impact the world in a way that matters. ACTION: take one small step that creates actions for you to do what you are saying and expecting others to do.

When you think you know it all you cannot learn. A full cup cannot be filled any more. Empty your cup- be humble- learn, so the reps and grow.

When situations arise- step out of the land of fantasy by looking at and grounding in the facts of the situation. When you look at the facts you can take responsibility and move forward in strength and power and TRUTH - and the TRUTH will destroy fantasy any day.

When we write down what we want and get clear on what we want....it magically attracts to us and we are able to see what we could not see.

To become experienced at sparring, you have to get punched in the face. The calm sea does not make an experienced sailor. Lean into the storms of your life to gain experience and become better at living that aspect of your life!

When we are present and focused, create space and meditate, have less distractions in our lives- we get to experience more time. Time expands and we get to enjoy and collect more moments and memories that matter to us in our lives!

When we don’t take the first action we know we need to take- we miss out on the cascading moments of joy happiness and fulfillment that follow!

You cannot grind 100% of the time. You also must enjoy the process of unplugging- relaxing- having fun & creating joy!

In today’s fast paced world- a lack of patience will set you up for disappointment. You plant a seed and it grows- because that is what it does....you still need to water it and give it time...
