Today I get in my Chromotherapy light bulb and I go through the process with an easy install.  I will test for a few weeks then give feedback to the effects of the Therapy or none existence of the hype around it.  Basically, do I feel different when the lights are on me.  we will see.

This weeks review is a continuation of our purchases of Sauna accessories for our Infrared Sauna. This week is a Oxygen Ionizer that is made for clearing the air of small particles pulled from your body that may linger in a closed space like a sauna.

This session is a cross between open box, health and tech. I put together and discuss my new tech buy. An Infrared Sauna. Not the hot stone steaming sauna but a hot relaxing direct heat sauna that has great benefits. I discuss my experience and advice I pass along.

At this Fall Apple Keynote, Apple Announces the new iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, iPhone XR, and Apple Watch Series 4. We get to see the Game apps where the new graphics and AR games use the new hardware on the new phones. But it seems like this Keynote was pretty flat. Alicia and I talk through it.

Today I review a nice accessory to the Amazon Echo family.  a portable speaker name Dox.  Decent sound but very easy use and very useful.  Don't forget to check out the YouTube video on what the product looks like and how to put it together

Today I get into a product I felt I needed, to track my sleep habits as well as incorporate comfort and warmth when I sleep.  The Eight Sleep tracker is a mattress cover that tracks the whole bad (two sides to accommodate two people) sleep patterns (awake, lite sleep, deep sleep Rem sleep) into an app that has great summaries and detail to improve your sleep.  It also is a comfortable mattress pad with a heater incorporated.  Here's my review because I had to order a new one.

Alicia and I take a visit to this well advertised Amazon experience center where all the automated services we installed a year ago. Is being rolled out into to new homes.  The one exception is the home delivery options that is way too expensive to just have scheduled on a regular basis.

iRobot's Roomba 690 vacuum offers lots of functionality for the price, including control via smartphone and support for voice commands through smart home devices. I finally had my wood floors down and I wanted something that could clean them every day.  We try out the Roomba 960 and the affordable 690 and go through our test.  These are Amazons best pick for vacuums.   

As I improved my backyard and prepared for the summer.  I decided I needed some added security to monitor the area.  My personal options were "Arlo", "Canary" and "Ring".  Since I already had Ring and Canary devices.  I decided what the best choice was between the two and what was the best options as well.  Here's the review.

I've had the Homepod for about a month,  so I'm a little used to having it and using it.  I decided its about time i give my opinion on this new addition to the Apple family.  I'm reviewing it from a sound, look and functionality perspective. I give my opinion on the pluses and minuses of the Homepod and what I hope Apple would be doing next with the product.
