Es geht Heute in diesem BLOG oder eben der Alpensendung nur um eines - FUCK UNLPLUGGED !!! - diese Sendung wird laut - laut - laut - was häsch gseit? Verstahhhh keis Wort - mach d Musik lysliger - chunt mer grad spontan i Sinn vam POLO. Nein aber es wird nicht ROCKIG, sondern first ever played on this Station : Alphorntechno my Loisach Marci, Alphorndisco by Enrico Lenzin, RAP - HIP - TECHNO  GROOVE — ok vam Deyrush bis zum Novi Mashilton und zum ST and my MySELF. Vielleicht werden die letzen zwei Zuhörer:innen meines Senders nun zum Tatort umstellen. FUCK UNPLUGGED.   Damit wir aber eben auch unter Strom stehen, braucht es Energie. Wir Menschen nehmen die Energie ja via Nahrungsaufnahme zu uns. Oder auch bim Sünnele aber eben - Sonnenschaden aber was mini Hütärztin gseit hät  ja linker Hoden hoch ! Rechter Hoden hoch ! Hatte dann auch noch die Idee euch vom handgeschriebenen Brief an meinen Chef zu erzählen. Handgeschrieben ? Ja wen sie dir den Strom abstellen? Nei aber darauf lassen wir uns Heute nicht ein. POSITIVE VIBES.  U ja nach dem ich den Podcast mit dem Loisach Marci gehört habe, und ja eben, es war noch zu früh um mit Arbeiten anzufangen, seid där ja niemärt merci ? Hab ich noch schnell den Film von Emil geschaut und der konnte sich da wegen der Deutschen Kellnerin und ihren Sättigungsbeilagen nicht erholen. Sättigungsbeilagen. Ja nu solche Wörter kommen eben nun von der Grenze her in unser Land.    Aber eben Energie welche schmeckt. Es ist wieder Suppenzeit und ja was trinken sie zu Suppe ? Wein? Peter Hochegger und sein Bruder Paul kommen mit einem umstrittenen Lobbyisten in Kontakt – und über diesen zu ihren ersten undurchsichtigen Geschäften. 1983 sind die Hocheggers an der Gründung einer Schein-Partei namens “Österreich-Partei” beteiligt. Deren einziges “Parteiprogramm”: Die damals noch zerstrittenen Grünen am Wahltag zu schwächen, um sie am Einzug in den Nationalrat zu hindern. Bei der Nationalratswahl 1983 schaffte die “Österreich-Partei” unter dem “Vorsitz” eines gewissen Franz Olah übrigens stattliche 0,12 Prozent. Und: An der Gründung dieser “Partei” waren unter anderem Hell's Angels-Rocker und Wiener Taxifahrer beteiligt. Ein Jahr später mischen Peter und Paul bei den Anti-Hainburg-Protesten mit. Im Auftrag des staatlichen Rüstungskonzerns Steyr Daimler Puch. Ihre Direktiven erhalten sie vom Steyr-Marketingchef - in einer Sauna im 3. Wiener Gemeindebezirk. Steyr Daimler Puch lässt sich die Unterstützung der Umweltbewegung auch einiges kosten. Hope you're feeling groovy and vibrant on this fine day! :) I recently had a baby.. I was planning for a home birth but things didn't go as planned. After 100+ hours of labor I went to the hospital and ended up with an emergency c section. My baby was taken to the NICU because of struggling to breathe - she had swallowed meconium which quickly came out and she was then breathing fine. While I was in recovery from surgery and she was in the NICU the med team gave her a vit K shot, despite the fact that i previously told them no injections. Now I'm trying to right their wrongs. Is there anything I can do to help her body after receiving the vit K shot? Also, how could I best support her body after a c section and not getting the benefits of a natural vaginal birth? Hoping to be able to count it as a session! Thank you in advance!                                                                                        Spencer: Hello Dr. Cabral, I'm currently overwhelmed by my situation. I've ran the big 5 as well as some Gi testing, and have found that I have dysbiosis, SIBO, chronic stress, mycoxtoin (mold exposure at work), and trauma. Not sure what happened to me at a young age, but my mom told me I stopped eating fruits and veggies at a young age, and I never tried eating them until more recently at 34 years old. I'm suffering every symptom in the book. I tried the CBO 2 years ago without any success, because the stress I was under was too much. I've began working on my nervous system and I've started IHP Level 1. I feel like it's just so many things stacked against me, especially the mental/spiritual side, which I feel is holding me back from everything and I don't know what to do. I'm down to a few foods.                             Spencer: Follow up. The mold rabbit hole is growing every week and it seems like it can cause every single symptom down to the nervous system dysregulation and sibo and chronic stress and everything, and If I can't get out of the environment it seems insurmountable. I also don't even know how much of an issue it's causing to my issues because I have so many. It could just be overflowing the rain barrel. I'm a boxing trainer and have to train clients all day and I have no energy left in the tank. I've began IHP to work my way out of this current career, but need some help in the interim. My body is so taxed I can't workout, sauna, or do really anything at this point…                                                                                  Ellen: I am a 65 year old female. Had an iron panel test done. My Ferritin is 74 which is in normal range, but my serum iron is low at 34, when the normal range is 50-212. The saturation is 13 when the normal range is 20-50. The TIBC is 270 which seems to be in the normal range. Not sure what this means. I have low hemoglobin at 11.3 and borderline low hematocrit at 34.9. I take an iron supplement but just wondering why my body doesn't seem to be absorbing it. Today on Sauna Talk, we welcome a very special guest. Dr. Hans Hägglund. Who is Dr. Hans Hägglund? Hans Hägglund MD, PhD, is a medical doctor and professor at Uppsala University, in Northern Sweden. Professor Hägglund has a strong research back ground in clinical research within medicine. He graduated from Karolinska institute, Sweden and did his post doc at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center in Seattle, USA. Between 2013 and 2018 he served as the director of the Cancer Center at Uppsala University Hospital. Professor Hägglund also had the position as the national cancer coordinator at The Swedish Association of Local Authorities and Regions (SALAR) between 2019-2022. He currently holds a position as a senior consultant at Karolinska University Hospital in Stockholm, which is where we catch up with him for this episode of Sauna Talk.
