'Matt' or Second Yellow Card has been making Football Manager content for a long time now. He's always quick with a joke and genuinely one of the nicest people I have met, but what does he think of how the landscape has changed around him? Does he care? Could he make it now? You know, some YouTube mulling at a high level is on tap.

He is a meme, he is a vlogger, he is a gifted Football Manager player (that just won the Streamer Showdown after this recording), and he has made a career on the internet for half a decade. You know him as Lollujo, I know him as Kevin, and it was high time that we sat down to talk about what makes a good YouTube video (and the state of Football Manager, of course).

Reece gets all the plaudits as the first editor for the YouTube channel, but another person, Ayal, is equally as important to the progress of not only YouTube but the stream on Twitch as well. This is his story, how he came to work for me, and why it has become a match made in heaven... even if we live on the other side of the world from each other.

I sit down one-on-one with Gadjet for the first time, the illustrious editor behind the revolutionary stream channel called Zealand Live that has kept so many people up to date on our YouTube saves over the past year. He does a job no-one in the world also does, which is cool, it is also weird, and leads to an unusual life that has sprung up out of nowhere. It's time for you to meet one of the finest members of our backroom staff.

As the team continues to grow for content I always had a dream - to be able to animate like TIFO. Then Tom appeared, and the quickest onboarding of a new editor in the history of the channel followed. Meet the guy that has brought a unique flair to our videos over the past two months, cool guy Tom.

Reece and I sit down to talk about the financial side of the YouTube channel, plus where we see it going in the future. We also include a healthy dose of reminiscing and inside discussion about why I had a super disliked video recently that you MAY have heard of.

Reece and I have both moved and settled into full-time content creation. It has been quite the journey, so we dig into how the team is now put together, and what it's like to make content around Football Manager as your livelihood.

I cannot believe it's been this long before Jack (Workthespace) was invited to be on the Zealand Podcast (we should really blame whoever puts that sort of thing together). We meant to talk about a lot of things, but we end up talking about YouTube. Is it possible to be a YouTuber as a career for the rest of your life?

A look into where we see this channel in a few years with a special hint on where I could be moving after I finish my schooling.

You may have heard of Ollie Dixon, you may not have, but you definitely recognize him. We've become internet friends of sorts over the past month, so I figured it would be interesting to get his perspective on YouTube, and 'football' as he calls it, coming from a royal YouTube family that kicks balls around with haste.

I decided to sit down and talk about the super league in-depth, and I really wanted to do it by myself. Take some time, talk about what I think will happen, why, and what I hope people are able to do to take control of an out-of-control footballing world. There are certain things that need to be done to address the root of the problem.

Nic Madden has had an interesting life, up until I was able to get him on this podcast. Then, it became extraordinary. Jokes aside, this was my opportunity to ask all those burning Football Manager questions I have come up with over the years and get actual facts as answers. Nic is in charge of the match engine every year, so there is quite literally no better source for this information. You will learn a lot during this podcast, I'm warning you.

What is the 'it' factor when it comes to streaming? Clayts and I try to explain what it means to 'get it' for content creation and how you may be able to get yourself to that point. We also talk about how we are actually terrible at video games and how we got into streaming anyways.

Long-time twitch moderator and the newest addition to the editing team, Ayal has become an ever-present part of 'Zealand' stuff. So, we got a guy who's never really done anything in public before outside a few personal twitch streams and had him hang out with Reece and me this week. Meet, THE AYAL.

Reece and I sit down and talk about the new direction that the channel is heading, as I learn how to properly YouTube. Yes, that is a verb.

Allcott (a YouTube presenter for the Premier League) and I talk about everything from the Premier League to how we have carved out a career on YouTube in our own ways. It was wonderful having him on, 100% doing it again.

With Reece the Editor! There have been a lot of questions about my time management - what with podcasts, streams, videos, school, being a teacher's assistant, and broadcasting there has to be some sort of organizational effort? I go over what I have to do to make sure I get everything done in one day.

After a YouTube comments debate, the question is raised, should I send in my findings on different experiments to the makers of SI? Also, does Reece ever actually sleep? We find out, because I don't think he knows either.

Everton has finally beaten Liverpool, Zealand wants to do a travel YouTube channel, but the biggest news is an addition to Reece's team for editing YouTube videos. This is a huge logistical accomplishment, at least for us.
