Vino Fino

As always, it's good to be back. In an effort of self-healing I tend to disconnect, but here I am once again, this is my therapy? This episode I delve into some childhood trauma pouring over into adulthood and my ongoing struggle to heal.

Is being 'woke' a blessing or a curse? Delving in a bit more into the previous episode and discussing one of my favorite topics at the moment, energy & what it means to live in a higher frequency.

Fall into the rabbit hole with me as we deconstruct what we know and don't know about spirituality. Delving in 'conspiracy' and factual evidence, there is plenty to talk about.

Was not really in the mood to write in my journal tonight, so I opted for another outlet, and I think I kind of like it better? Perhaps it has to do everything with the fact that my mind is always racing and it's much more easier to speak into a microphone than it is to frantically type on my worn down keyboard. Anyways, this episode of Vino Fino is dedicated to YOU. I encourage you to take a moment, take a step back, and just realize how tiny and small our problems are in comparison to the universe, take some time for yourself and don't think about anything stressful, easier said than done, I know, but when you stop revolving around someone else, you tend to start revolving around yourself :) at least that's how I see it.

I must admit I held back as I did not want to overshare some personal stuff, my story and yours of course go much deeper than can be talked about in a podcast, but it's important to me to provide an outlet for myself and a resource for those who need it. You're never alone and it's okay to be who you are. There is no such thing as perfection. We are all unique and beautiful in our own way regardless of who we love. HAPPY PRIDE my beautiful people!
