A conversation about Biblical Manhood in a post-Christian world. Hosted by Chris Whitehead, Mitchell Ross, and Josiah Ferenczy. This is a podcast from Charter Oak Church. New episode on the first Tuesday of every month.
In this episode, Chris and Josiah wrap-up the three part conversation with Nathan Anderson. The goal is to reframe the Christian perspective around the topics of grace and truth. Many think of grace and truth as a spectrum and attempt to live in a delicate balance between the two. In reality, we see the call of Christ to renew our thinking on these topics and to live in a manner that is full of grace AND full of truth.
Critical theory, Neo-Marxism, social justice, hegemonic power... all buzzwords you've likely heard thrown around in conversations or online threads. But what do they mean? And more specifically, how do we address them as Christians? In a continuation of last episode's conversation, Nathan Anderson talks with Chris and Josiah about some of the origins, dangers, and solutions to one of modern culture's hottest topics.
Submission and authority are two words that culture has twisted to mean something bad. But if God is who He claims to be, then He is the most - and only - trustworthy authority to submit to. In this episode, Nathan Anderson joins Chris and Josiah to reframe the conversation and encourage men to lead lives yielded to God's word.
