It is easy to under play our strengths and focus more on our weaknesses. When all attention is on weaknesses we are energy drain, demotivated and unproductive. Playing to our strengths can help us feel mental strong and calmer especially in tough times. What I thought was my weakness is actually my strength and allowed me to create Zestfulness. Times are tough, the world is on lockdown and it is easy to not see a way out when you feel like the stresses are taking over. It is with tear in my eyes and love in my heart that this is my first podcast. I am not tech savvy and extremely late to the podcast party but it was my father's wish that I started making Zestfulness podcasts. This is a brief introduction to why I have started doing the podcasts now and I am excited for the Zestfulness podcast journey
