A former soldier who was wounded in Afghanistan has overcome the odds to walk again. Mark Harding was serving with 1st Battalion the Duke of Lancaster's Regiment when he was shot through the neck in a firefight. Despite being told by medical staff he may never walk again, the Army veteran was determined to regain his mobility. Mark now competes for Great Britain in dragon boat racing and is an ambassador for ABF - The Soldiers' Charity. Mark has been telling Chris Kaye about his military career at the Big Curry event in Munster Barracks.
