Topic: Series II Episode 7 Emotional Body Part 3 of 3 We all understand at some level just how important the emotions are. This week, I will explain why now in this life, there are no new events! This means that every event already has a blueprint developed that we carry. So how are we to deal with emotions? How do we give ourselves the chance to get out from under the emotional upheavals we experience? There are two ways. We can neutralize them in the moment we are feeling them and/or after the fact. Discover that there is real help here with these techniques. That by using them you can absolutely move out of depression, anxiety, shame, fear, rage, etc. This is powerful information because we come well equipped to change our lives at every level.
