FELIs Mom! - Bis gleich, Ihr Hübschen! Bis gleich, Ihr Hübschen!

***WARNING: Profanity*** After another dismal showing by the Miami Dolphins in Cleveland on Sunday, it has never been clearer that the time for change for the team is RIGHT NOW. Unfortunately, owner Stephen Ross continues to be loyal to a fault, refusing to move on from his recently extended head coach without giving him "a fair amount of time to turn this around." Will any changes be made? If so, when? Aaron and Josh are back to discuss on what is sure to be an angry, entertaining episode of THE SAME OLD DOLPHINS SHOW at DolphinsTalk.com!

Today on the show… - I'm joined tonight by Education Minister Erica Stanford for an exclusive one on one chat about the gutsy and overdue call to dump NCEA in our schools. - Across 23 long, wasted years and NINE Ministers - we have sat by and watched thousands of kids go through the failed system. These kids have been able to game the system, get credits without doing much and pass before the end of year exams so they don't show or don't care. - A hopeless qualification that is not recognised by anyone, and finally a Minister with a plan, some guts and a tone of ambition for our young teenagers has acted and decisively so. - Plus some Letters to the Editor! Who may be on the outside looking in when it comes to bullpen rearrangements? Also, time for Trevor Story to turn things around is running out while the outfield might need to be moved around despite a hot Ceddanne Rafaela and the ultimate leadoff guy Jarren Druan. After losing the White House and control of the Senate in the 2024 election — while facing record-low approval ratings — the Democratic Party is now debating its future leadership and strategy for handling President Donald Trump's second term. While Sen. Cory Booker, D-NJ., recently gained attention with a record-breaking speech, other “rising stars” are vying to lead the Democratic Party. Watch the 22-minute America Speaks video above, where pollster and political analyst Dr. Frank Luntz talks with Democrats about the future of the party and the viability of politicians such as Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, former Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-NY., and Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer.
KEEP IT REAL FAM! It's been way too long. Honestly.About a month ago the Lord called me to start a new series on my YouTube called "Coffee & Convos" where I literally just invite you to go on a coffee date with me & open His word together. I have been so touched by the way He's moved so far. Today, I'm bringing you with me to one of my favorite places to encounter God: the boathouse. It's peaceful, quiet, and the perfect setting to talk about something really important—new wine and old wineskins. Jesus says we can't pour new wine into old wineskins (Matthew 9:17), and OOOF… that hits. Sometimes we try to hold onto things longer than we should, and what once was a blessing starts to feel like a burden. When we don't let go, we risk making a good thing go bad—and we hold ourselves back from what God is trying to do right now.So let's talk about what it looks like to release the old, trust God with the new, and fully step into what He's doing in this season.VERSE OF THE DAY

To bring in Sexual Assault Awareness month, I've finally decided that I am ready to tell my story. For years, I've kept myself stagnant in the energy of being perceived as anything else but a survivor and I see now how that has affected me mentally. But no more.In this episode I unpack some of my sexual trauma in hopes I can give the next person the strength to speak up on theirs. I can count on one hand how many times I've been sexually assaulted and it's ever. Single. Finger. I didn't report or even speak on most of them because I was influenced by stigmas and rape culture but I free myself of that now. I break this cycle of silence for myself. For my little brother. For my family. For my community. For you. If you can't stand with me in the forefront, spread what you learn to someone you love. Take care
In today's solo episode, I share my personal reflections on the evolution and future of the How To Cut It: In The Hairdressing Industry Podcast. This marks a significant milestone as we celebrate eight years of engaging content and community building. I recount how a conversation with my family at the age of 13 changed my career path from wanting to be a train driver (yes a train driver I see you smile) to embarking on a journey in hairdressing. This pivotal moment altered my career trajectory forever. Now, I'm ready to embrace a new direction for the podcast, despite the inherent fears and uncertainties that accompany change. This reflection isn't just about reshaping the podcast; it symbolises the larger theme of embracing change to foster growth in your career and life. By sharing my personal story, I hope to illustrate the importance of taking risks and venturing into the unknown. Today, you'll be the first to learn about my new vision for the podcast's future. I am committed to bringing you high-caliber guests who will share their stories and expertise, panel discussions on pressing industry topics, and a monthly residency featuring diverse voices. Additionally, our new Platform Podcast episode will bring exclusive clips from the How to Cut It: Platform community platform, solo episodes, live shows, on-location recordings, and more. There are many changes coming for this award-winning podcast, myself personally, and the experiences I bring you. However, just like my early career change and the launch of this podcast eight years ago, the uncertainty won't hold me back. At the core of it all, I remain dedicated to delivering the insights, inspiration, and information needed to elevate your hairdressing and barbering careers. Hit play, and let's set off on this journey of change together Please note we have now moved to our new site at howtocutit.com. NFL Officiating & Tech Debate: Is It Time for Change?
The game on the pitch has never been better, yet rugby union's finances leave the game with an uncertain and precarious future. Rarely has the gap between how the sport would like to be perceived and the unvarnished reality felt wider. Nearly 30 years since the sport went professional, why is it struggling so badly to sustain itself and grow? The numbers involved are alarming. According to the last set of accounts (2023/24) for each of the home unions, they posted a combined loss in the last financial year of £72m.The financially picture is equally as bleak for the 10 Premiership clubs, who collectively lost £30.5m in the financial year 2022/23 and have net debts of over £300m.So how does rugby union put itself back on a more sustainable financial footing against a backdrop of spiralling player salaries, a downward trend in the cost of TV rights, and a crowded sporting marketplace when it comes to attracting new fans? Sonja McLaughlan, Sara Orchard and rugby union correspondent for the Times, Alex Lowe are joined by former Saracens and Harlequins CEO Mark Evans, RFU CEO Bill Sweeney and Gloucester owner Martin St Quinton to discuss what needs to change for rugby union to thrive.TIME CODES: 08:13 - Former Saracens and Harlequins CEO, Mark Evans 29:20 - CEO of the RFU, Bill Sweeney 48:35 - Gloucester owner Martin St Quinton
