Detroit-based activist, community organizer, photographer, fashionista, and hip hop influencer Piper Carter joins the 5 Man Weave. Carter talks about attending Howard University and how that shaped her career. She also discusses breaking into the fashion industry as a photographer and her woman-centered hip hop organization, We Found Hip Hop.

Hip hop producer and influencer Brandon Corder joins the 5 Man Weave. Corder, who is from Flint, discusses the importance of speaking things into existence, making music with Big K.R.I.T., and starting his own hip hop culture organization, Beats x Beers.

Detroit battle rapper and hip hop artist Marv Won joins the 5 Man Weave. He talks about the battle rap scene, coming up in Detroit, and his album, Soundtrack of Autumn.
