In the 86,400 second Podcast, I talk to elite athletes from around the world, of all backgrounds and sporting careers, and we talk about their sporting life and childhood and how they got to where they are today. I talk to endurance and ultra athletes competing at the highest level, CrossFit athletes that have been to the CrossFit Games, ex professional rugby players, and many more. Every person has the same 86,400 seconds in the day, but it is how these athletes choose to spend theirs that sets them apart from everybody else.
