95bFM: The One To Four with Gin

We welcomed spring with a bunch of new faves. XEXA , Roberto Lodola, James Massiah & Lord Tusk, DJ Spinna and Roland Clark and Meduna all featured. 

Fighting the Winter blast with heaters from Simma, Giorgio Lopez & Stella, Rick Clarke feat. Jill Francis, Domino Slims, YAOB and Guinny to name just a few. 

This week's show featured faves from Mysticwood & Mezcal, Benefits, Saint Etienne, Munk & Kapote, Daniel Monaco Band and what I think was a well-timed Primal Scream critique of US imperialism - pretty much airing at the same time ex-The Wire host Chlöe Swarbrick was calling out the government's spineless approach to the genocide we see happening in Gaza every damn day. 

We time-travelled all over the shop today. Takeshi Terauchi & The Bunnys, Link Wray, Niev, Paulo Ramos & Fabio Kstro and Arthur Russell all featured. 

On this show we travelled through genre & era with the usual contempt for boundaries. We featured faves from FROID DUB, RDL SHELLAH, DUBFACT, Phran & DNGDNGDNG, Jimi Tenor with Cold Diamond & Mink and ngaru just to name a handful.

The clouds parted and the sun came out for today's show. We featured a bunch of new tunes from the likes of Joy Spheres Rees, Giorgio Lopez & Stella, Pangaea and a couple from the outstanding new EP from Froid Dub. That's just a wee selection; plenty more throughout the bCast.

Fun show with tunes from all over the shop. No rules, no boundaries. Well, there is actually a rule about keeping liquids away from the studio desk. That's probably quite a good rule. Lesson learned.

We played a bunch of recent record additions on today's show. Faves from the past, present and possibly the future - you be the judge though.
