Dylan discusses his path from college club player to Division I head coach and the lessons learned at each stop along the way. He and JP also dive into the challenges of building a new program, and his thoughts on recruiting, prospect days and multi-sport athletes.

In this episode JP sits down with Pat Myers, the new head coach at Lafayette University. They discuss lessons learned over a career as an assistant at Cornell, Bucknell, North Carolina and UPenn, and what he'll bring to his new role as a head coach.
