The final four in the suit of Swords! They can be tricky to differentiate, but thanks to an instagram court card challenge and the Slow Holler deck, this should help.

The episodes are getting a bit longer for season 2, which is designed to introduce new tarot practitioners to the basics and help one rusty witch remember her academics. Okay, it's me. I am that rusty witch. This episode covers the suit of Swords, from the Ace to the 10. This episode concludes with a memorization tool to help keep the imagery and general ideas behind each card close at hand. Today, we tackle four heavy hitters: Temperance, The Devil, The Tower, and The Star. I realize I got totally carried away romancing about the Star and gave Temperance the short shrift, and I did leave in two or three times my tongue got caught in knots, but perfection is the enemy of completion. :) Next time we wrap up season 1 with the last four cards in the major arcana!
