Everyone has a story...with nuance and complexity.What we do is not who we are...Because no one only does one thing.If you look a little deeper, you might find you have more in common with an elite athlete than you previously believed....or a Yogi....etc. When you can visualize yourself walking a few paces in someone else's shoes...you might stop and listen.And if you listen...you might learn.
