Welcome to the “Beyond the Oaks” podcast. A podcast devoted to alumni professional and career development. I am Taylor Stuck and serve as the graduate apprentice in the office of alumni engagement. Today our guest joining us is Webb Bond to talk about how he has managed to build is a professional career while also supporting his family. Webb is a member of the class of 2008 and is the Director of Risk Management at Ferman Motor Car Company and currently serves as the President of Elon’s Young Alumni Council. He has experience in insurance where he thrived as a commercial account executive and is heavily involved within the Tampa Bay – St. Petersburg area. So, let’s go ahead and get into it.

Ian is a member of the class of 2008 and serves as the mayor but is also the founder of Vibration Solutions and Palmoro USA. Since becoming mayor Ian has created the Mayor’s Book Club program, advocated for civic engagement for all ages and continued to invest into the Burlington community.
