Guided meditations are a good way to start meditation. Especially when you are like me and have no idea why you’re doing. Today I learned about what a “home base” is and *spoileralert* that it doesn’t have to be “the breath”.
Back in Europe visiting some family. I’m so grateful to have such a great support network. Going to bed at 7:30pm feels awkward, but Jetlag is hitting me hard today and I have to be sharp tomorrow!
#noexcuses meditating on Bankok airport. Found a quiet little space and got to it. I’ll be on a long distance flight in about two hours so I decided to record a bit earlier today. Jetlag incoming. Hear you around!

Some days it is harder to shut off your brain than other days, which makes me wonder what factors are mainly responsible. Sleep, nutrition, mood, moon cycles, hormonal cycles,... Do you have a meditation diary to keep track of your ups and downs? This is mine and I’m happy to share it with you. Hope to hear from you some day. Until then, stay calm and enjoy your day!
It’s like day and night isn’t it?! Holy moly... crazy how centered and focused my thoughts are after meditation versus the crazy chaotic mess that’s going on right before.
