While hosting a live event and podcast recording in Los Angeles, everything that could go wrong technically did. Screens failed, sound went out, and hundreds of people were waiting. Instead of panicking, I dropped into a deep theta state meditation and followed intuitive guidance from Spirit. What happened next reminded me that manifestation is not woo woo. It is about belief, coherence, and embodying the frequency you teach. If you have ever wondered whether it is truly possible to create results in the exact moment you need them most, this episode will completely shift how you see your own power.I also guide you through the exact meditation I used to turn chaos into clarity, layered with sound frequencies designed to help you access the quantum field through the frequency of love. I explain why love is the fastest way to manifest, how to strengthen your belief muscle, and how to move from talking about manifestation to actually living it. Whether you are seeking clarity, healing, confidence, or a breakthrough in your business or relationships, this episode offers a grounded and embodied process for creating in real time. If you are ready to deepen your manifestation practice and experience tangible results, this guided meditation and teaching will meet you exactly where you are.IN THIS EPISODE:(0:00) Introduction to manifestation and energetic alignment(1:01) Season 3 announcement and what's coming next(1:43) Holiday health tips to protect your energy and frequency(3:36) A real-time manifestation story unfolding in the moment(5:09) The live event challenge that tested trust and surrender(15:12) Guided manifestation meditation to anchor your desires(26:51) Closing reflections and a powerful invitation forward

830 Consecration to the Lord Based on Sacrifice, A Guided Christian Meditation on Luke 2:22-24 with the Recenter With Christ app The purpose of this podcast is to help you find more peace in and connect with the true source of peace, Jesus Christ. Outline: Relaxation, Reading, Meditation, Prayer, Contemplation and Visualization. You can sit comfortably and uninterrupted for about 20 minutes. You should hopefully not be driving or anything tense or unrelaxing. If you feel comfortable to do so, I invite you to close your eyes. Guided Relaxation / Guided Meditation: Breathe and direct your thoughts to connecting with God. Let your stomach be a balloon inflate, deflate. Scripture for Meditation ESV NIV 22 When the time came for the purification rites required by the Law of Moses, Joseph and Mary took him to Jerusalem to present him to the Lord 23 (as it is written in the Law of the Lord, "Every firstborn male is to be consecrated to the Lord"), 24 and to offer a sacrifice in keeping with what is said in the Law of the Lord: "a pair of doves or two young pigeons." KJV 22 And when the days of her purification according to the law of Moses were accomplished, they brought him to Jerusalem, to present him to the Lord; 23 (As it is written in the law of the Lord, Every male that openeth the womb shall be called holy to the Lord;) 24 And to offer a sacrifice according to that which is said in the law of the Lord, A pair of turtledoves, or two young pigeons. Reflection on Scripture: I almost always record my episodes moments before posting them. If you ever see them posted at 2 or 3 in the morning that is because I just finished editing them. For the last couple weeks I have been sleeping in the desert with my Marines so I pre-recorded the episodes. This year the Christmas season somewhat snuck up on me because of this trip. I slept on the ground and in the cold in the dirt. Each time I am presented with these hardships it makes me so grateful for my blessings. Sometimes the things we do in life can challenge our focus or have us asking why things happen the way they do. From moments of discomfort, grief, anxiety, or temptation sometimes our small human minds find it difficult to feel seen by a perfect on loving God. This scripture points out something. The sacrifice for two doves was an option in place of a sheep, which would have cost much more. The sacrifice of two pigeons was known as the offering for the poor. Mary, the mother of Jesus, the very Son of God offered the sacrifice of the poor. She and Joseph must have had very little by way of earthly assets. With that said, this was far from a judgment about their quality. Our struggles serve us well when they draw our attention to the Lord and our dependance on Him. When hardship turns our focus to God and makes us more grateful, then that hardship becomes a blessing. Mary's poverty existed conjointly with her humility. Whatever you wished your life would have been, whatever you wished would be different about your family, or this season, or any other earthly outcome it does not change God's profound love. Actually if our human weaknesses point our focus to God then we are indeed blessed. Thank God for our struggle, may it ever draw our focus to Him. During this Christmas, don't focus on what made this season incomplete, allow any challenge to draw your attention to the one who redeems all. He has overcome the world, and as such so will we. Merry Christmas. God bless us, every one. Meditation of Prayer: Pray as directed by the Spirit. Dedicate these moments to the patient waiting, when you feel ready ask God for understanding you desire from Him. Meditation of God and His Glory / Hesychasm: I invite you to sit in silence feeling patient for your own faults and trials. Summarize what insights you have gained during this meditation and meditate and visualize positive change in your life: This is a listener funded podcast at patreon.com/christianmeditationpodcast Final Question: If you consider the invitation and command to persevere in the faith, what change in your life does that bring to your mind? (Group Learning Program) - Guided Breathing Mindfulness Meditation and Student QuestionsBreathing Mindfulness Meditation was the primary form of meditation employed by The Buddha to attain Enlightenment. There are many aspects of The Path to Enlightenment that one would need to learn and practice with guidance from a Teacher, however, Breathing Mindfulness Meditation should be among the top priorities for any Practitioner aspiring to attain Enlightenment. The goal of Breathing Mindfulness Meditation is to develop “Right Mindfulness”, “Right Concentration”, and to eliminate the unwholesome root of craving/desire/attachment.All discontentedness is caused by craving/desire/attachment so it is important to train the mind to not have craving/desire/attachment as part of "Developing Your Life Practice”.In this Podcast, David will guide you in a Breathing Mindfulness Meditation session and will accept questions from Students to help you develop your meditation practice and progress forward on The Path to Enlightenment.——-Daily Wisdom - Walking The Path with The BuddhaDedicated to the education of Gotama Buddha's Teachings to attain Enlightenment.https://www.BuddhaDailyWisdom.com(See our website for online learning, courses, and retreats.)Group Learning Program - LIVE Interactive Online Classes, Book, Audiobook, Videos, Podcast and Personal Guidancehttps://mailchi.mp/f958c59262eb/buddhadailywisdomThe Words of The Buddha - Pali Canon in English Study Grouphttps://mailchi.mp/6bb4fdf2b6e0/palicanonstudyprogramFREE Book - Developing a Life Practice: The Path That Leads to Enlightenmenthttps://www.buddhadailywisdom.com/freebuddhabooksFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/groups/DailyWisdom999YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@DailyWisdom999Podcast: https://creators.spotify.com/pod/profile/buddhadailywisdom/Support our efforts to share The Teachings of Gotama Buddha with you and worldwide for all people using this link.https://www.buddhadailywisdom.com/supportbuddha#buddhism #learnbuddhism #enlightenment #dhamma #dharma #buddha #meditation #meditationretreat #meditationcourse

Mensimah's Round Table: Conversations with Women of Power and Grace
Today, we're focusing on how we can consciously make the holidays meaningful for ourselves, even if old traditions or people are no longer around. Together, we'll explore how to release expectations, how to create soul-nourishing rituals, and how to experience connection in new and supportive ways. Here's what this episode will offer you:You'll learn how to let go of inherited or outdated holiday expectations that no longer fit who you are. You'll discover simple, uplifting rituals you can create for yourself—rituals that bring comfort, meaning, and joy. You'll explore how connection can be built beyond traditional family structures, including spiritual and soul-level support.Reimagining the holidays isn't about erasing the past or dismissing memories. It's about choosing how you want to feel now. When you consciously create moments of intention, you send a powerful message to your heart and nervous system: "I am allowed to feel safe, celebrated, and whole."Connection doesn't always arrive in the form we expect. Sometimes it comes quietly—through shared energy, through moments of synchronicity, or through a sense of unseen support.Know, too, that your spirit is always connected—to divine support, loving ancestors, guides, and unseen allies. Let this season be about receiving support in new ways, from unexpected places.Thank you for being here and for honoring yourself in this moment.BlessingMay your holidays—and your life—be filled with light, joy, and gentle new beginnings.InvitationShare this episode with someone who gives deeply and might need the reminder that their wholeness is a gift. In the Western world we usually identify ourselves as singular entities. Yet, we find ourselves in conflict with ourselves and with other people. We often get triggered, without even knowing why. How can we navigate the complex human interiority as well as our interactions with others? How can we reduce suffering and make our choices form a place of wholeness? In this illuminating conversation, Aviv Shahar and Portals friend Alexander Love explore the transformative practice of "parts work" as a pathway to inner healing and greater personal and communal harmony. Guided by Alexander, an insightful healer, acupuncturist and life coach, we navigate the intricate landscape of the inner self, learning to recognize and integrate the diverse parts that comprise our being. Alexander articulates a holistic approach inspired by Eastern wisdom, particularly Chinese medicine, viewing each individual as an inner ecology, where every "part" holds unique perspectives, intentions, and functions.Parts work invites us to move beyond seeing ourselves as singular beings and acknowledge the rich inner multiplicity. By gently engaging these diverse inner voices, we begin a profound healing and developmental journey toward inner harmony, emotional resilience, and deeper connection.Ultimately, this practice not only helps resolve internal conflicts but cultivates an embodied wholeness that transforms our interactions and relationships with the external world, fostering enlightened intention and compassionate living.Other insights and ponders:The inner ecology perspective: recognizing the self as composed of interdependent, dynamic parts rather than isolated components. We are always becoming with our world. Modernity has created a sense of separation to observe the world objectively. In fact, I am part of the world and what's going on outside is also going on inside. No matter how much a part of the self feels separated and disconnected, it's still a part of the whole. The first million-dollar question is: How do I feel towards this part? If it is wholeness, the answer will be automatically, I'm curious, I'm loving, I'm interested, I'm compassionate. We don't start with fragmentation and then by the end of the session we are hoping for wholeness. We flip that around, when possible, we are starting with wholeness. Wholeness begets wholeness.Transforming protective parts by uncovering their deeper, authentic qualities, shifting from harmful behaviors to supportive functions. In the Portals Into the Soul writing, we develop the Inner Conclave work, visualizing an inner ecology where parts or different voices come into conversation with each other. We can apply this practice to do therapy work, developmental work, and connective communion, where the parts of the self-surrender to become the conduit for the creative act of the universe. This conversation is part of the continuing Portals discovery into what is emerging on the frontiers of human experience in this time of profound change. Information about upcoming special events can be found on the Events page. Also visit and subscribe to our YouTube channel. TWEETABLE QUOTES “There are all of these different traditions that are pointing to the same thing, that wholeness is intrinsic within all of the parts, even if they're feeling closed off from it. And so part of what we can do is to support that wholeness to come out, and then this creates deeper trust in the system, because the parts, they often don't feel successful when they're trying these strategies that are kind of warped or causing harm. And yet, they're committed to helping, but they don't know another way. By doing this and finding the deeper, enlightened intention underneath, and helping the parts experience that, they start to experience a much deeper sense of trust, that there's a deeper wholeness in the system which they are a part of.” (Alexander)“Our human potentials seem to be so beautiful, and our ability to interact with chaos and uncertainty and darkness, our potential to be able to do that well is huge. It's vast. For me, the deeper invitation here is that we are deeply unbroken. We are deeply equipped to be able to face anything and lean into it, and find the beauty in it, and find the creativity in how dark times are invoking the evolution of things that are beyond what we can imagine, and that this is something we can do.” (Alexander) RESOURCES MENTIONED Portals of Perception WebsiteAviv's LinkedIn Aviv's TwitterAviv's WebsiteWhat is Healing? #4 – The Wholeness of Parts

In this heartfelt episode of The Spiritual Cupcake Podcast, Candace shares a little story from the beginning of a podcasting summit in L.A. — a moment that became soul-level confirmation that she was exactly where she was meant to be.A beautiful woman Candace had previously recorded an episode with — where they talked about her late husband — shared that months later, when she finally felt ready to listen, she went to his grave and listened to the episode with him. When Candace told her, “That is so, so special,” she replied with words that landed deeply: “Candace, every single podcast you do is that special.”In that moment, Candace realized she didn't need downloads, or success metrics as affirmation. She only needed to keep creating from love, from flow, and from what felt true and authentic. This episode is a reminder that when we trust our path and create from the heart — in our own unique way — magic has a way of finding us in divine timing.

Could a simple breathing technique help release stress you've held for years, and strengthen your bones in the process? I'm excited to introduce you to a powerful healing practice I've recently added to my own routine: Clarity Breathwork. My dear friend and colleague, Robin Eisen, joins me to demonstrate how this gentle yet transformative breathwork method can reduce stress, release stored tension, and support your overall bone health. As physical therapists, Robin and I have spent decades helping people strengthen their bodies, but we've both seen the profound impact unresolved stress and emotions can have on bone density, posture, and overall wellness. Clarity Breathwork offers a safe and accessible way to address these deeper layers by helping you reconnect with your body, calm your nervous system, and let go of what no longer serves you. In this episode, Robin guides us through a beautiful 15-minute breathwork experience you can follow along with. If this resonates with you, check the details of Robin's upcoming classes and resources to make breathwork a tool in your bone health journey! I can figure out a way.Momentum Coffee is more than just a place to grab your morning latte. Co-founded by Nikki Bravo, the Chicago-based coffee shop chain is building something bigger than beverages—it's creating intentional spaces for connection, growth, and community impact in underserved neighborhoods. As Nikki explains, “Momentum Coffee isn't just about business. Mission is at the core. We wouldn't be doing this just to make money. This really is about the communities and how we serve them.” From offering high-quality coffee and tea to creating jobs that keep dollars circulating locally, every decision at Momentum Coffee is rooted in purpose. What sets Momentum apart is its deliberate focus on under-resourced areas. Nikki and her husband, Tracy Powell, are careful about where they open locations and how they engage with the community. “Spaces in under-resourced areas need places where people can convene and be together,” Nikki says. “Momentum Coffee is able to do all of those things.”Beyond the café experience, Momentum Coffee is actively shaping people's lives. Nikki shared the story of an employee—a single mother of two—who, after working at Momentum for two years, became a first-time homeowner. “What we see here, what we're growing here at Momentum Coffee, is a lot of possibility,” Nikki says.In addition to its community-driven mission, Momentum Coffee recently launched a regulated investment crowdfunding campaign through Honeycomb Credit. This initiative invites supporters from across the country to invest in the company, helping it expand its impact while offering a financial return. “Through crowdfunding, it allows us not only to grow so that we impact more people, but have more people do that with us,” Nikki explains.Momentum Coffee's power-button logo symbolizes action and empowerment, perfectly reflecting its mission. With four locations and counting, Nikki and Tracy are proving that a coffee shop can do far more than serve drinks—it can create opportunities, empower individuals, and build stronger communities.By supporting their crowdfunding campaign, investors can help Momentum Coffee continue its inspiring work while becoming part of the journey.tl;dr:Momentum Coffee builds community in underserved neighborhoods by creating intentional spaces for connection.Nikki Bravo's team uses crowdfunding to expand while engaging and empowering their community. The coffee shop chain provides jobs that help employees achieve life-changing milestones like homeownership.Nikki's superpower—focusing on actionable solutions—enabled Momentum Coffee to thrive during the pandemic. This episode highlights how mission-driven businesses can create impact while remaining financially sustainable. How to Develop Focusing on What You Can Do As a SuperpowerNikki's superpower is their ability to focus on actionable solutions, no matter the challenge. As Nikki explains, “My superpower is focusing on what I can do. I can figure out a way.” This mindset has been key to navigating obstacles as a business owner, community leader, and parent. Nikki describes this strength as the ability to recognize the situation at hand and then take steps toward a solution. When Nikki and her husband opened a new Momentum Coffee location in early 2020, the pandemic forced the city to shut down just as they were ready to launch. Instead of giving up, Nikki pivoted. “We got an online solution and served coffee and pastries at the front door,” Nikki recalls. This step-by-step approach allowed Momentum to survive the early days of the pandemic and later thrive as a full-service café.Tips for Developing the Superpower:Start by identifying what is within your control and focus your energy there.Break challenges into smaller, manageable steps to avoid feeling overwhelmed.Encourage others to take ownership of problems by asking, “What can you do?”Celebrate small wins to build confidence and momentum.Approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset rather than dwelling on barriers.By following Nikki's example and advice, you can make focusing on what you can do a skill. With practice and effort, you could make it a superpower that enables you to do more good in the world.Remember, however, that research into success suggests that building on your own superpowers is more important than creating new ones or overcoming weaknesses. What do you do when the holidays hit, and instead of feeling joy, all you feel is that old familiar ache? When everyone around you is celebrating but you're reliving the loss of your mom or someone you loved deeply? And every holiday seems to pull that pain right back to the surface, no matter how much time has passed? In this special holiday season episode of Infinite Life, Infinite Wisdom, Susan talks openly about what it truly feels like to grieve while the world around you is celebrating. She shares her own experiences of losing family members and how the holidays would trigger waves of emotion weeks before they even arrived. She explains why the body remembers before the mind does, why love turns into emotion when it has nowhere physical to land, and why feeling pain right now does not mean you are broken. It means you loved deeply.Susan also reveals something comforting from the spirit world. During the holidays, your loved ones draw closer than ever. They nudge your memories, send subtle signs, and wrap you in moments of warmth that many people mistake for coincidence. This episode invites you to breathe, honor your pace, speak your loved ones' names, and let the empty chair at the table become a place of connection, not absence.
