In this first episode of Hands to the Plow, the podcast of Kateri College of the Liberal and Practical Arts, the husband and wife cofounders Drs. Helen and John Freeh answer questions they've received on their mission to found a new college.  People have asked: why found a new Catholic College  Why not work with and improve the ones already in existence?  Why liberal arts AND practical arts?  Why not one or the other?  Can the two even work together?  What made you leave a stable, reliable position, risk your financial and professional future, and move your family with three young children to Gallup to try to found a college?  We answer these questions and have a casual back and forth conversation on what our mission is, why it's necessary, and how we're going about accomplishing it.
