The lessons Life teaches are often connected to loss. It gets our attention like nothing else can and we respond with WHY? Instead, we should ask HOW? How can I grow from this ? How can I change and become better than I was before?
In healing after loss, I had to begin creating a new life for myself. That included starting to figure out what no longer worked in my life. From there, it was a quick jump to figuring out what I wanted in place of the unhappiness of grief and loss. I came across a magical piece of advice that inspired my healing to begin with one sentence. Here is whatt I learned.
