My cousin Ryan joins me today for the first episode in my garage "Loft Lounge". Ryan is a bright young mind with tons of potential and a great outlook on life. I have spent a fair bit of time with him over the last 12 months and it has been great to see his maturity keep up with his growth spurt. (I did indeed look up how to spell "spurt") Thanks Ryan for sitting with me, the future is yours to do what you want with.

I thoroughly enjoyed this conversation. Grandma had a few edits she wanted to post: She married at 19 and had her first child (my Mom) about one year later and her second child less than a year after the first! Also, my great grandma was married at 15 and had 8 children!  Grandma I can't thank you enough for spending time with me, without you there would be no me. I love you.

I join my younger sister Claire in her Floridian home. The conversation covers many topics: from growing up together, family traits, personalities, life experiences, fights and much more. This was probably the first long conversation I have ever had with Claire and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I am looking forward to doing it again in the future.   Claire is a 27 year old veterinarian who graduated vet school from Mizzou. She is married to Mike, "pole vault" Vani, and they ARE CAT PEOPLE, so look out.

This is a good listen people. I learned to pole vault in an hour. Made less than 30 jumps. My great coach and brother in law Mike Vani broke it down to the basics. He kept it fun and positive. This conversation is shortly after my first, and so far only, pole vault session. We dive into all things pole vaulting as he shares his 14 years of knowledge in the sport! Grip up, run smooth, and jump deep into this one!
