In this episode, James Brown shares how he helps professional service business owners scale their businesses without sacrificing their lives through Business Accelerator Institute and Perseverance Squared. After launching his first business in 1994 and rapidly expanding to $8M in annual revenue, James transitioned to coaching in 2014 and has now guided over 450 business owners to significant growth. He launched Small Law Firm University, growing it to $3 million in revenue within a year, and developed a CMO program generating an additional $2 million annually. James holds a Business degree from Lindenwood University (1989) and JD from St. Louis University (1993). In 2009, he was selected as one of America's Top 20 Premier Experts and featured in USA Today, The Wall Street Journal, and Newsweek. James believes all businesses have the same seven working parts, and the only difference is what they sell. Just turned 60, my wife asked "when is enough, enough?" The Mastermind member asked: "What's your goal?" Answer: "To help people" "How many people on the planet? The owners of the horse show, Valitar, are a wealthy, conventionally attractive couple called the Remley's. Mark Remley is a little bit older. Perhaps nerdy, but the type of guy to get into peak shape later in life. Tatyana Remley is his wife with bottle blonde hair and a Sports Illustrated swimsuit model body. She's also the main star of the Valitar horse show. The Remley's invested over $20 million dollars into the show, just to lose every single penny of it after multiple scandals back to back. Allegedly, horses were abandoned with nothing to eat and massive creative differences led to performers quitting. Former staff members would come out to allege that Tatyana Remley doesn't even know how to ride a horse that well… Later, the couple is featured on TV as a well known swinger's couple, a pillar in the local sex-swinging community. That's just a side quest though; the most scandalous thing that happened at Valitar was the decapitated horse head on the Remley's marital bed. Thankfully, it's not an actual butchered horse head. It's just a hunk from one of their very expensive statues in their $5.5 million dollar home near San Diego, California. And it's clearly not been placed there as a mistake. This is a targeted threat. It was hidden under blankets on the floor. Christine's blood was found on Banfield's jeans. Prosecutors revealed he'd bought a gun weeks before the killings, took Juliana to a shooting range twice, and allegedly installed $30,000 worth of soundproof windows in the home.McDonald's surveillance captured the prosecution's timeline: Banfield in the parking lot at 7:37 AM, exiting the bathroom with his phone to his ear at the exact moment Juliana called. Her testimony says that call was the signal.But the central question remains: who manipulated whom? Robin Dreeke spent 32 years at the FBI, including leading the Counterintelligence Behavioral Analysis Program where he recruited spies and analyzed human behavior at the highest levels. He examines what Juliana's jailhouse letter reveals about her psychology—writing to her mother that she was "heartbroken" for what she was doing to Brendan, that she still loved him, but wanted to come home. Dreeke identifies the behavioral markers that distinguish genuine coercion from willing participation. The jury will watch Juliana testify against the man she allegedly loved.
