What word would you give yourself to describe yourself? Most people do not know who they are and that’s ok, they just haven’t had the life experiences or relationships for them to recognize who they are. Check the IG story for more to come! Thank you!
This episode was influenced by Tim Ferriss’ “Fear setting”. I hope this helps you all on reflecting when life hands you lemons as it has helped me. Fear setting guidelines: Define you fears Prevention Repair Costs of failure Inaction vs benefits Time frame (how much $ 6mos. 1 yr. 5 yrs. 10 yrs.) Twitter: JamTeeJay YouTube Channel: Jams Views

This was influenced by listening to Kirk Franklin “Lovely day” and Logic “Hallelujah” and “Confess”. Also watching Trigger Warning with Killer Mike “New Jesus” episode. I’m not the most religious person but I do gravitate to a lot of spirituality and mindfulness in life. We gotta have faith in ourselves in order to persevere through life and our accomplishments. It’s no one else’s fault if we don’t succeed. We have to take ownership and keep it moving. Be C.O.O.L.! For questions and topic ideas hit me on Twitter: @JamTeeJay .
This episode was influenced by Eric Thomas “Bad as you want to breathe” speech. We shouldn’t quit because we have failed, we shouldn’t cry to give up, we should cry to keep going because it hurts that bad. Be sure to support the podcast let’s grow this show!
This episode was influenced by social media and its nature. We find ourselves keeping up with our neighbors. We find ourselves keeping up with what celebrities are doing. But we forget to find ourselves realizing what we can actually do within our power within our grasp. we have to remind ourselves that we have to make the rest of our lives the best of our lives and stop playing catch up.
What does a resolution mean to you? Why do we give up so early? I feel that if goals are set we are able to achieve them easier than something long-term. Consistency is the key to unlock the opportunity! Tai Chi video: https://youtu.be/6zXleBtSlzM
This episode was influenced by a song by Donny Hathaway called “This Christmas”. The holidays are a stressful time. We have to keep in mind that we are rich in memories of our loved ones and our childhood. We can’t return back to those days, but we can keep traditions going. Happy Holidays!
This episode was influenced by the book called “The Alchemist” written by Paulo Coelho. Song by Big Sean “Bigger Than Me”. Have you figured out what your Trade & Passion is? Better yet have you figured out what you want to do in life. I hope this brings some perspective.
This episode was influenced by Logic’s tracks “Legacy” and “Last Call”. Why do we follow the people we do on social media? Are we following for the right reasons? Are we listening and truly understanding? What is your purpose? Let’s talk about it.
Question.. if you had 24 hours to live, what would you do. Would you fulfill everything you possibly could in that time frame, or would you just sulk and wait for your impending doom? What if you used those same 24 hours each day to complete something long term, would you be very constructive and use your time wisely? Follow me on Twitter and IG @JamTeeJay
We have all been through hell. It challenges us to see what we can handle. Some of us aren’t built to adjust. But we have to adjust to go against the grain to achieve success. Keep going strong and find your worth! Follow me on Twitter and Instagram @JamTeeJay
